Burger King — Restaurant in Mont Belvieu

Worst Burger King ever! They want to ruin peoples birthdays and don't care about families with kids! They pick and choose who they want towed from their parking lot! They let rich people who drive Lamborghinis park in their parking lot for a long time without getting towed off because they sure weren't eating in this Burger King! But let a working class person in a Chevy who's just trying to enjoy his sister's birthday party next door park there and you'll tow him in a heartbeat! It was a purely honest mistake that my son & his wife parked in your lot & while getting out of their car with a baby & a toddler & diaper bag...they didn't see the sign & parked there! So the Management had them towed taking their childrens car seats!! It's a racquet & a scam and they're in cahoots with the Popeyes next door too! There is no where to park at Cactus Jacks so they parked at the Burger King. This was our 1st time there and we were all trying to enjoy my daughters 25th birthday. My son was being nice & paid for us all. Appetizers, Main Meal and Dessert! His bill was big and now he got hit with a big tow bill too thanks to this freaking Burger King! The man at the tow company said that the Manager of this BK is also the same manager of the Popeyes and that he watches the camera of the parking lot and when it gets too crowded he calls the wrecker to come tow cars out of the parking lot... obviously with little disregard for families with babies & small children and car seats! Im sorry but the Tow Truck Driver could look through the windows and see if there are car seats or not!! We had to give them a ride to retrieve their car with no car seats...making for a possible dangerous situation! And the whole time all of this is going on the Lamborghini and a Land Rover...rich people's cars are still parked out there & not being towed!! Think there in cahoots with the Towing company too!! I'm going to let everyone how badly y'all treat people and I'm going to contact some TV stations investigators to let them know about what a racquet and scam y'all have going out there in Mt. Belviue! Greedy...

I'm writing to share an exceptional experience my husband and I had at Burger King. Just the other day, we received an incorrect order. Normally, this wouldn't be a big deal, but being pregnant, my dietary needs are quite specific and I couldn't eat the burger we received.

Feeling a bit apprehensive, my husband decided to return to the restaurant the next day to explain our situation. He was greeted by a gentleman named Robert, who we believe was the manager. From the moment my husband started speaking, Robert listened with genuine concern and understanding. He didn't hesitate or make us feel uncomfortable about our request.

Without a second thought, Robert happily replaced our order for free. His kindness and understanding made our day. It's not every day you come across someone who goes above and beyond in their job, and Robert certainly did that for us.

We want to express our deepest gratitude to Robert and the Burger King team for their exceptional service. So we were in the store approximately 45 minutes and all and both my wife and I separately came to the opinion that they must be severely understaffed or not trained properly or a combination of both but it was disappointing to not receive quality service. I love Burger King and eat at them all the time but this restaurant did not have their act together. We had two different people attempt to take our order and they could not figure out how to take our order and it was simply two for 12s that are on the menu and the other part of our order that they could not figure out where the two Whopper juniors that were also on the menu for $5. Anyway not sure what the deal is and I'm not incensed but it was disappointing. I'm sure there is a perfectly good explanation But ultimately they did not pass the test tonight and like I always say I rarely give bad reviews because I'm not out to get anybody but it was disappointing for sure and took a very long time to get our food I think they should rename this Burger King slow food instead of fast food lol just kidding Burger...
