I never write reviews but I deemed it absolutely necessary to give one of this store’s employees, Larry, his flowers. My boyfriend and I visited this location on 04/12/25 to secure him a new phone and set up an AT&T account. Upon entering, Larry greeted us kindly and provided my boyfriend with recommendations on which phone he should buy, as well as reputable case brands. Pertaining to creating an AT&T account, it was such a hassle-free process thanks to him. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and he ensured to give me a discount on my plan through my employer. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and patient, which I very much appreciated as this was my first time setting up a phone plan of any type. Moreover, upon visiting this location earlier today, he gave me much needed insight on the steps I must take in order to have my phone repaired through insurance. He also transferred all of my phone line information from my father’s plan to my newly created account, which didn’t take long at all - maybe 10 minutes, if that.
