Just moved to Mont Belvieu and the area is all we hoped it would be. The exception to this rule is our local Starbucks. We keep trying to give it chance after chance. They're so inconsistent on service and quality. We just went on a 10 day road trip getting Starbucks every morning somewhere different across the country and this one by far takes the cake as the worse one. We go to Starbucks because we think we know what we'll be getting. (That's why you pay a premium) We've had to resort to getting our coffee at the local gas station for a 1/5th of the price. My wife is very disappointed; she looks forward to her venti caramel macchiato's, and once again (this morning) she had to throw it out on her way to work. I do believe this will be their last chance with her. We don't want this Starbucks to fail, but please get some better training, be consistent, get the orders right, and hire enough employees. During peak hours at other Starbucks I've seen almost double the employees than this one keeps. Maybe if they had enough people they could get the orders right. Losing local, consistent, loyal customers is not a good business model, and we've got neighbors that have the same opinion of our Starbucks. Today I went with my sister because she wanted a drink. I have refused to spend any money at this location ever again. My sister went to the counter and the lobby had two customers seated with their orders. We weren’t greeted and stood at the counter watching a few of the ladies work and one day dreaming. Still not greeted someone takes my sister order… the order comes and they called Renna! My sisters name is Renai and we politely corrected the young lady giving the drink. She stated that that’s what was written in the cup with a shrug. I would normally just say whatever and go about my day but this has been an issue since it opened. I used to live in Kingwood and was surrounded by Starbucks and have never had any of these issues. I use to always stop at for drinks and treats but after these situations I refuse to go to...
Read moreThis location has a lot of potential, but they consistently fall short. Wait times for mobile orders are ridiculous. (Order is rarely ready on time.) I placed a mobile order yesterday for two cold brew coffees. They weren't ready at the estimated pickup time, so I went into HEB and came back to pick up my order. Twenty minutes after pickup time, my order still wasn't ready. There were others waiting inside for their late orders as well. Finally, after asking why our order wasn't ready, we were informed that they were out of cold brew and had attempted to make one of our drinks without it.
