I will be honest I've taken cars here before where I had excellent work done on a Chevy avalanche Chevy suburban Nissan Sentra and other cars I also recommended them to some friends a lot of friends actually and family but I got done really dirty once reason to which is why I stopped going I wasn't going to waste my time on having a big conflict but he did deserve it big time anyway I dropped of my truck it was a 2017 Chevy Silverado eassist so it's some what a hybrid I paid for the installation and wiring but I took my own brand new amplifier and subs like I've done in the past with no problem hours later I get a call that my truck is done I go back to pick it up and as I go through it I see wires and power cables sticking out nothing was hidden or tucked the way a professional job would look it also sounded distorted and the radio kept cutting off minutes later the battery light turned on on the dashboard along with a charging system malfunction warning light I' popped the hood open to see if the main fuse was blown and it turned out they didn't install one right away I went to the owner Wes but he did nothing to help out he had them install a fuse and to top it off they put it in the back by the amplifier instead of by the battery where it should go anyway as soon as they install the fuse it blew right away in front of Wes they changed the fuse out a couple times but it continue to blow there was obviously a short Wes right away tried to cover up his employees mistake trying to brainwash me but I wasn't buying anything he was telling me I myself know about sounds and number one thing you don't do is run a power cable without a fuse or breaker well this caused a lot of fuses and modules on the hybrid system to go out the troubleshooting and repairs were done by technicians at the mark Christopher dealership because Wes tried to have his mechanic trouble shoot it and of course it supposedly had nothing to do with the work they provided but yet they couldn't even figure out what was going on with my truck I obviously know it was them because my truck was perfectly fine before taking it to them I also had some things missing out of my truck and a couple of music flash drives I didn't expect to get jacked at a so called high end business I believe I could've put my life and my kids life at risk for putting my trust in them the shortages could have caused my truck to catch fire according to the tech that Worked on my truck luckily I realized there's was no fuse and I prevented the 12v power cable from grounding out even more this was a very upsetting moment for me because besides me paying for then to ruin my truck they also stole from me I respect the hustle but I can't respect no thieves if you want to experience what I experienced go to audio vision these guys really know how to play the part and make you think they're going to take care of you 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 they just want 🤌🤌🤌🤌 be careful what y'all get yourselves into unless you want to end up like me

Of course you will make up excuses my truck never went to your shop with problems you know very well you wouldn't have tooken it in if it did and I would honestly be more worried about fixing my truck instead of putting sounds in it if that was the case and yes the results did prove it was caused by you guys and even before I took it to the dealership you got to see it with your own eyes when I told you about the fuse you had the guy that worked on my truck install one and right away it blew after that you tried to put a couple more but they kept blowing you guys couldn't figure out why they kept blowing so you stopped working on my truck to prevent more damage but it was already too late I believe I had the right to accuse you guys at that point and you know it didn't make no sense to not put a fuse from the beginning and you still couldnt explain to me why you didn't so right then and there you know you didn't have the right to argue with me but you didn't want to be fair and own up to your mistakes you are blessed stop burning people and...

Great shop to get your audio installed. I bought a car radio for Apple carplay and tried to install it myself, but I wasn't able to connect my factory backup camera and my steering wheel control . Great thing they were able to take me in right away. Good thing Audio Vision helped me correct my mistakes and had it installed in a few hours. Leave it to the pros! I was given a deal of $201 taxes included for the job.

Art(sales/tech) got me sold into tinting my windows and he gave me a special deal so I would come back to do it. I was told it takes 3 hours to get it done so the best thing was to bring it in the morning. I brought it Thursday morning(1 hour away from where I live btw), but to my surprise I met the owner! He's not a very welcoming individual. I told him we agreed on a price for the window tinting which is why I came. But he told me we don't do that for that price: "I'm the owner here, and you have to take an appointment anyway" while trying to reach his employee. Then I told him I did a job about a week ago and he said. "Yeah, you're the guy who tried to install your own radio. It tooks us 3/4 hours to do that job..." Well, that's a way to talk to returning customer. Made me feel like I stole something from him. I told him ok, no problem and left. Too bad, because I liked the 1st time service.

I had a appointment to get my Indash radio installed and back up camera. My car Indash was all Uninstalled when I found the camera I had bought else where wouldn't work because of wiring "issues" so I was on the fence on what my options were since they only carried 1 option in backup cameras it was a lincense plate model and they worked Luis told me due to shipment issues with China there inventory is low i had no options so I asked Luis how much he said 175 I was disappointed because that was a high price and being on a low budget I couldn't afford it but had no choice since my car was all taken apart. And didn't want to be charged for a half installment. I did some heavy research when I got home to find out the back up camera sells at other locations and the internet for less than 90 dollars. Im frustrated because i feel they took advantage of the situation with my car being taken apart and I had to go to work that day so I was in jam, I had no options left because the camera i had they claim didnt work. It's unethical to mark up a price on a such a cheap product when the customer was there based on word of mouth that this retailer was honest. The product sells for $90 dollars at there competitors i was charged $175!! So hopefully the owner reaches out to me soon. The customer service was ok and the install was good. Just wish the item wasn't mark up so much a little bit sure make money but over $90...
