Just bought this open box/used washer today. Dead on arrival. This is super unfortunate and a huge inconvenience for me. Told the sales person it still had powdered detergent from the previous person, but he didn't comment on that. I asked why it was returned and he assured me it works and they have a 2 week return policy. Spent 2 hours in traffic, saved $50 to install it myself, and found out I only saved $43 compared to buying it new at Lowes. I was doing some research on how to work the washer and found out mine is broken. Honestly, I wouldn't have mind the price difference for a new one compared to buying a used open box item, but the time and money spent to get this one, installing it, and now needing to return it and get another one is super inconvenient. I just wanted to buy a working washer without spending too much money. Turns out I should have gone to Lowes and spent the extra sales tax for a working one. Customer service was fine, i don't blame them for what happened, but this Best Buy Outlet should really change thier product testing before putting it back on the floor to sell - I will absolutely tell all my friends and family to avoid buying here. If the discounted price is only saving you a few dollars, it not worth the time and trouble if they buy a broken item. Will return tomorrow, or the weekend (i had plans this Friday and needed to wash clothes, this is just the worst...

I was not very impressed with the Best Buy Outlet in Montclair they really had nothing as far as refrigerators go which is what I was looking for I think if I'm not mistaken they had a total of 10 and I believe there was a sign on three of them that were sold I really expected a lot more I'm going to attempt the Best Buy outlet in Moreno Valley this weekend and see what they have because I need to find a new refrigerator I looked at some of the TVs that they had they had an abundance of televisions at Montclair very reasonably priced I believe that they called them out of box the store was clean the employees were very friendly very nice but as far as spending my money on gas and time to go down there it wasn't worth it she told me that they were going to be getting more things in today Tuesday but I'm not going to go back because they have no idea what they can get until it arrives so if you're interested in the Best Buy Montclair you want to take a chance go look or try Best Buy in Moreno Valley the last time I was there which is been probably six months ago they were pretty...

First of all, the salesperson didn’t have to do much to persuade me to make a purchase; I already knew what I wanted. I did my own research for about two days. I was nervous since it’s my first time buying appliances from an outlet, but I was relieved to know I have a 60-day warranty to return them, no questions asked! Plus, the appliances only have cosmetic issues. Some were noticeable, and they are just dents or scratches. I don’t care; I’m not picky as long as the washer and dryer work well. Long story short, after all the discounts, I saved about $500.00 from paying for new items. The guys at the store were very helpful, and Stephen was one of the loaders who was very knowledgeable. He knew how to deal with my truck’s cover and also made it possible to fit both appliances and be able to close the back of my truck, securing the appliances without having to tie them and worrying about either flying out of the truck.
