Bluemercury — Local services in Montclair

I finally dove in face first to becoming a Bluemercury loyalist. Given my skin is changing, it was time to go in and refresh my whole skin regimen supply kit. Holly was the team member who helped me. She asked a lot of questions about what I was looking to achieve, what I had done in the past, what I liked...what I didn't like...and helped me find the right products for my skin type and lifestyle. So, a month or two later - I went back and tackled replacing / updating my make up kit. Again, I was lucky enough to catch Holly on her shift. We worked with one of the visiting NARS specialists to test out new makeup for me. And, I'm thrilled with where I've landed. Since then, whenever I stop in for random items here or there -- if Holly is working, she'll point out new products that fall under my preferences. She's got a natural knack for knowing what will work for individuals. Big fan. Thanks so much for the help and glad I finally became a regular! I've learned a lot. Looking forward to learning...

I've been living in town for over 3 years and just went twice in the past 2 weeks. I am usually purchasing my skincare needs from sephora. Now that I have had the chance to experience Blue Mercury, I won't be back to Sephora for most products. My first visit I had, Randy helped me with some skin issues and what products to use. She knew right away what would help me. The second time I went in there was today. I'm not sure of the woman's name, but she was very knowledgeable on the skincare issue I was having. She reccomened a m61 product and luckily they had a trial size to see if it works for me before I spend a bit of money to include it in my routine. I have been going to Blue Mercury for years. I am a professional makeup artist and I can‘t say enough about Debra and Kelly. They are professional and knowledgeable and are always going the extra mile. I am in NYC quite often but I choose to go to this particular location because of the service. These days not many people put the effort into their work but i have always had a wonderful experience here.
