Stay clear of this place at all costs. One of the sales associates told me I was eligible for a promotion for a new iphone. He had me upgrade and handed me a new phone with instructions on how to trade in my old one for the promotion. When I got home, I went online and saw that he had charged the entire cost of the phone--$800-- to my account, essentially doubling my monthly payment, and there was no promotion at all. Verizon corporate confirmed same. They reminded me that this is not an actual Verizon store, it is a retailer. This means Verizon takes no responsibility for anything you buy at the store. Further, there appears to be no manager or owner who will take responsibility for what is obviously unethical and illegal conduct. Again, go to an authorized Verizon store. Not here.

Verizon corporate confirmed that because the store is a retailer and not a corporate location, they wouldn't stand by any in-store promise of eligible promotions. Lesson learned. Next time, I'll go to a Verizon store to avoid shady business practice.
The $800 charge to my account absolutely came as a surprise, because it was supposed to be $800 less a $580 promotion promised by your sales associate. Everyone makes mistakes, but it's sad that you would expect your customers not to be surprised when they are charged $600 more than what was promised in-store. Maybe a $600 over-charge doesn't "surprise" you, but it absolutely surprised me. Sketchy, unethical, and you should know better.
3-4. Your "manager" dodged my calls for 2 weeks, and then told me I was ineligible for a return because I didn't return it within a 5 day window. Yesterday, you called to apologize and explain that you can't take a $600 hit. Explain why I should take the $600 hit instead when it was your store that made the mistake, and not me. I was patient, and even asked for a compromise. You refused. So be it.
Your apology is appreciated, but I'm shocked that you haven't reached out to make it right. When you charge people twice what they are expecting to pay and ask them to upgrade for a promotion that turns out not to exist, you should take responsibility as the owner and make it right for your customers. So Joe tells me to pull up my account with T Mobile, finds me an even better plan with Verizon for the same amount I’m paying T-Mobile … here’s the twist … he did this all in less than 10 minutes

Joe was so knowledgeable on the company products and promotions that I got upgraded to an IPhone 15 Plus pretty much free of charge with an old beat up IPhone 5s that I had laying around as a trade in … also since I have Fios internet Joe let me know that I can get $10 off my bill if I combine the two accounts, additionally I got another $10 off my bill for auto pay … and I got another $200 bill credit through the My Verizon App just like Joe recommended. In the end with all the deductions and bill credits, I got a brand new phone, I’m paying the same amount I did with T Mobile and now on an even faster 5G network.
When the phone came in Joe set it up and transferred all my data within 10-15 minutes.
It doesn’t get any better than this, go in and ask for Joe, phenomenal experience all around.

Read moreI went here because I needed to upgrade my phone and all the other Verizon stores were croweded and overly packed. I was greeted very nicely at the door ,not only that but it was by appointment only and I noticed them taking every precaution to stay safe by wiping down everything before I came in. Not only did I get that done in a timely manner but the sales associate I was working with even saved me money by changing my plan to something that better suits me while saving me money on my new iPhone 12. Both of the sales associates are very nice gentlemen and they always disclose all the information so nothing is left out. It was so stress free and the gentlemen I was working with was extremely patient. Also they dont push you to buy anything you dont want to buy and only recommend things in your best interest which I have never experienced before. They even transfer all your stuff for you so its worry free. I highly recommend this Verizon store regardless of what anyone says. This was one of the best Verizon experiences Ive had in my whole life and Im never going anywhere else. GREAT...
