Chefs Temp is a great company! I have several of their products, and their instant read thermometers are second to none! Every product of theirs that I've procured has been top notch. Sturdy, well built construction. Accurate temperature readings. Innovative features like the auto rotate display and the extra wide swing open probe. Again, they are extremely well built. I have dropped mine, left it in the rain, even had one stepped on by a horse. All still work flawlessly! I highly recommend...
