I was given a bad experience with the manager of the store presotea in Montclair I ordered a Vietnamese coffee which tasted watered down perhaps something expired I normally don’t like to do a complain so I approached respectfully and explained to the manager were I was given a response were I was to blame and instead of assessing the situation was basically told that is how Vietnamese coffee taste but manager offered to remake it in the same cup I was given were I tried it and again tasted not great at all manager instead of taking critism wanted to justify the coffee was made perfect. My boyfriend lives in montclair and decided to treat me to boba because I love it. We ordered an Earl grey tea and a Thai pearl tea for me.
