Chester's chicken is...... a must have! Tenderness and crispy, with a savory flavor to every bite. I have had the chicken tenders 10 pc. For $10 mac n' cheese, and 2 fried corn on the cobb. I can clearly say that it has become one of my favorite places for fried chicken. If popeys, kfc, and churches went out of business, meh.... but I truly hope Chester's is here to stay. The ONLY thing I did not like was the coleslaw. It had too much mayonnaise, but that is probably a preference thing. The girls working there are not only attentive, but polite, and professional in the food industry. Very clean work areas and I felt safe taking food to accommodate my family during this recent pandemic situation. As long as this place remains open i can say I will be there at least every other week to try something new. (I would like to try the gizzards) . Thank you Chester's chicken. Read moreAs a former Trucker I got to put this out there at Various Truck stops across America this place is Notoriously Good so when I seen this one is now the closest to LA beside Barstow or the Norcal ones ,,, this Chicken (Breast Pieces) at this one is always undercooked it has a wet moist taste always that is Nothing like the Fellow Chesters everywhere ,,, the staff is Very polite and attentive but that Scenario AINT gonna make the chicken taste better ,,, hopefully cooperate professionals panel of Experts go in and get it Rite,,,
I've since been back to this place and its Authenticity matches its fellow restaurants very good ,, Only bad thing this current pandemic dont allow me or anyone eat in its dining tables ahhhh but one day it will go back...
Read more1)The loud techno music blasting did not help when attempting to communicate with the clerk. 2) No Chicken Livers, although Chester's corporate website shows them as a choice, and the only reason we went far out of our way to try Chester's. 3) The only sides available were deep-fried. If you want beans or cloeslaw or something else, forget it.. 4) Came with some kind of yellow sauce that didn't smell or taste like much of anything -- dipping sauce? Butter? 5) Fountain drink out of the tea. The creme soda was about out; there was only a hint of vanilla in the club soda I ended up with.
The curly fries were fine. No better or worse than any other fast food chain's. The chicken, nothing special. The pricing was average. Not worth...
