Have visited location several occasions picking up customer orders

Not sure if Tasty Goody is corporate owned or franchise.
I'm familiar with the location on Azusa Avenue in West Covina many years ago in the late 1990's when I used to work next door at Nationscredit.
That location was very clean and kept up.
I have not been to that location since then.
However, this location is not.
I can tell from the outside that doesn't look clean.
While I waited for a customer order I observed the following:
The entire interior looks unkept, the floor looks there is a film in it, the tables and seating area are not organized, there is plastic hanging from the ceiling in front of the food line.
This might have put up due to COVID.
There are boxes of restaurant supplies on the West wall in plain sight.
The place looks messy. To me.
Appears the Restroom are roped off?
There is a plastic rope in front of the hallway leading to them.
I didn't ask either.
This is a place I wouldn't order from or walk into
It has looked this way for quite a while.
The employees are not customer oriented.
Both employees did not acknowledge customers when they walked in.
Not sure if they cannot see though the plastic hanging from the ceiling or don't care.

   Read moreI ordered through Postmates and got a large soda, 2 orders of vegetable roles (8 total), and 5 orders of cream cheese wontons (15 total). The âcream cheese wontonsâ arenât cream cheese, they are more like sugar wontons! Very nasty! Worst âcream cheese wontonsâ I ever had! I expected the wontons to actually have cream cheese. Really disappointed! I called and the lady that answered me passed me to the lady that made the wontons and she couldnât even understand me, I told her to put someone that actually understands English so they could translate and she wouldnât until I told her 3 times. The lady that first answered was put onto the phone told me that the lady who made them said that she has ALWAYS made them like that and that I was the first person to complain about them.    Read moreI waited over a month for my refund to go through. I've still yet to get it. They have a sign say that there system might double charge them. THEY HAVE A LAMINATED SIGN THEY SHOW YOU BEHIND THE COUNTER TO LET THE CUSTOMER know if they are getting double charged. It says wait a couple days but it's been a month. I can't wait to go down there and give them by business. How would they know if they did or didn't. Ridiculous. GET a better system if you have that problem. They owe me $15.12 and if they don't either give me free food that amounts to that or refund when I come through in couple days I will turn in to a Karen for them. Stealing my money huh? And it's so common you have a laminated sign under you desk to show customers. How bout post it on your window Id bet you would loose customers huh?...
