I went to Grace Loves Lace to go shopping for a wedding dress. It was a designer I had never heard of before, but when browsing through their website to book an appointment, I fell in love with their dresses. They ask you to pick 5 designs you'd like to try on while booking so the person who is in charge of your appointment can have them ready when you arrive. Picking just 5 was a challenge!
When my mom, 2 of my bridesmaids, and I arrived we were greeted by a young lady named Hannah. I was shocked to see we were the only people in the entire store! Hannah explained it's generally only one bride at a time. The entire place is decorated beautifully and we were immediately offered drinks (champagne, water, tea, etc.). As we sat down with Hannah she asked questions to get to know me better and get an understanding of what I was looking for. I explained that this was my very first time shopping for a wedding dress and so Hannah broke everything down and explained what our time together would look like. She set me up in a beautiful fitting area and let me begin trying dresses on. 2/5 fit me so well and my bridesmaids, mom and I all fell in love with them. Hannah let me try on the 2 we loved most again and we found some veils that would match them both.
Hannah did not rush us at all and she really let me take my time trying on the dresses and veils until I made my decision to purchase one of the five gowns I tried on. I had no intention of buying a dress the very first time I went shopping but the gowns are so beautiful and such nice quality, I couldn't help it! They are so flattering and shockingly comfortable. Also, because Hannah was truly so wonderful to work with (kind, funny, relatable, oh so friendly!!) it felt good to buy a dress from her and the Grace loves Lace team and support their business.
I ended up feeling bad that my future MIL missed out on our shopping experience and so Hannah once again went above and beyond and booked us an appointment for the following day just so my MIL could join us and see not JUST the wedding dress I bought, but the TWO dresses I loved, because Hannah really wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
I plan on taking my bridesmaids back there and having them try on some of their bridesmaids dress options because those are equally as beautiful and elegant as the wedding dresses are. Plus, they're designs that could be worn again and again, not just as a bridesmaids dress!
All in all, Grace Loves Lace, and specifically Hannah, made my Wedding dress shopping experience beautiful and...
Read moreThe moment I stepped foot into the GLL showroom I was instantly amazed by its cleanliness, spaciousness, and overall beauty. The stylist, Ashley greeted me warmly and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. As we shopped for gowns, she even treated my bridesmaids, and I to delicious bellinis. The best part was when I found “the one” and said yes to my dress! Ashley sat down with me and went through every detail of the appointment and what would happen next now that I had made my purchase. She was so kind and patient, it felt like she was a friend shopping with me that day. Despite my initial indecisiveness, Ashley never pressured me or rushed me. She understood the importance of finding the perfect dress and gave me all the time I needed. There was an accessory I wanted to add to my dress and Ashley went above and beyond to make sure I can get it. She checked if there were still pieces in stock as the accessory was being discontinued. She even offered to sell me the sample on the floor if it wasn’t available anymore. Throughout my bridal shopping journey, I had visited about 5 to 6 bridal boutiques, but Grace Loves Lace was hands-down, the best experience. I’m eagerly awaiting the arrival of my gown and I can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day! The gowns at Grace Loves Lace are not only stunning, but also incredibly comfortable and give you a timeless and chic look. Thank you once again to Ashley for making this experience one to remember. I highly recommend any bride to check out Grace Loves Lace during their bridal...
Read moreI wish I could give this no stars. This company is an Instagram scam. False advertising of the quality of the dress and complete gaslighting has occurred across multiple stores with no response, no empathy or willingness to help, and no ability to speak with HQ. Their website lists an HQ in Dallas, Texas that does not exist. No one responds to email. I tried posting a comment on Instagram and DM them but they have not responded their either. The sales rep who sold me the dress at this location is no longer employed there so because of this there is a lack of responsibility in rectifying what has occurred. The dress I tried on was in fact 120cm train and the dress I ordered. The dress I received is an 80cm train, they deny the dress was ever even made in a 120cm train yet I have proof right here. I was crying over my dress because I knew it wasn’t right and finally realized it was the length of the train that was incorrect. I am a month out from my wedding, with a brand new dress never worn and all I want is a new dress with the right train length and someone to answer me and provide any sense of guidance. I spent $3,000 which is a lot of money and I loved this dress but it’s not the same. I need answers and support from this company in...
