Okay……so once again a big thank you to Badis Jewelers for an amazing surprise experience that my husband orchestrated!!! A ring I loved ( ps I do adore most of Badis’ pieces) however this sapphire was on my list of lists…..thinking it had sold (BJs sneakily told me it had )….after trying to madly organise the purchase… I had let it go and decided that it was meant for someone else to own….moved on quickly to avoid more upset. Anyhoo…….a knock at the door today…..well I could have died……there it was, in a box, delivered and now on my hand……couldn’t stop crying…..my hubby had organised the purchase without me knowing and BJ’s helped along with the surprise…. So blessed to have such an amazing and generous husband….and blessed to know such a wonderful Jewelery-House. A big thank you to all….my biggest surprise ever…..birthday and anniversary mega-explosion of emotion…..never hesitate buying at BADIS….wonderful people and experiences , with the most divine jewels...

Bought a cheap, silver ring with a (lab created, later learned) garnet... even though garnets are rather cheap. This ran me about $75, which is already very expensive for garnet/silver. I asked to have the ring made larger, and he happily obliged. He began, but stopped to say he "Couldn't cut Mexican silver" even though, he had already started to cut the Mexican silver. In less than three months, the silver coating wore off and the already small ring is now abrasive to wear. Maybe this ring was made of a weaker silver than my other rings of similar material, it sure now looks like it.
