He assumed we didn't have cash to pay for items by suggesting a much lower quality product when in fact I was inquiring about the product I had in my hands, and we made a few purchases. The young lady that was there was much more inviting, and we had a great conversation about my service's as a spiritual trauma healer and spiritual advisor. Beautifully decorated but the staff can be very rude and unhelpful…I brought a bracelet here on Monday, it broke Thursday after just taking it off my wrist. I called explaining my dissatisfaction and asked if I could exchange the broken bracelet for a new one or get a refund of some kind. The person who picked up said no, they don’t do anything like that and once the product leaves the store it’s not his problem. Disappointed, I asked if they had anything stronger than an evil eye to ward off evil, as mine keep seeming to break on me. I used to love this place until one day when I was going to get my cards read. An appointment was already set up for me and my coworker. When we entered the store and politely said we were getting our cards read, the woman at the front was very nasty and rude and barked at us saying the reader was with a client right now and we needed to make an appointment. We explained to her nicely that we had already made an appointment. She then asked us what our names were with a disgusting attitude.
