I really value bodywork as a healing modality and am discerning in my ratings. The practitioner was nice and the facility was clean and cozy. I give a 3;based on the quality of the masssage. It was mediocre, not spectacular not awful. It didn't feel practiced or as if there was a strong focus on the structure of the muscle-skeletal system and how the muscles connect. A bit random and all over with no real emphasis on any problem areas but still relaxing. My practitioner was nice and I left feeling relaxed but my style preference is not in alignment...
