Pazzazed Montclair — Local services in Montclair

Used to love this place for the selection, customer service and gift wrapping. But the last two times I was made to feel like nuisance. Just now trying to get a last minute pair of earrings for my mom an hour before their posted closing on Christmas Eve I was told I had to be in and out "in like less than 3 minutes". I told him I just wanted a pair of earrings for my mom and I'd be quick but it had been a few months since my previous visit so I'd have at least see what they had. The guy basically closed the door on my face. So disappointing for a place I used to depend on for gifts. Previous visit wasn't much better. Maybe I'll give one more try. But disappointing mom on Christmas might be the last straw...

This is the perfect gift shop and a real Montclair treasure. The owners have impeccable taste and have helped me find the perfect gift, a dozen times. The store is a reflection of the owners- lovely, artistic, and fun. At this point, I buy all of my Xmas gifts for my husband, parents, and siblings, birthday presents for my friends, as well as all of my end-of-the-school year gifts here. They have a beautiful baby section, too. Everything is so well curated; I usually end up buying my “new favorite” thing while I’m shopping for others. On my way to have lunch with a friend, I stopped off at Pazzazed for a hostess gift. It was a wonderful experience with parking directly behind the store. The selection was immense and I was able to have my purchase beautifully gift wrapped! I also bought a bottle opener made from the neck of a guitar, which made for a meaningful gift for my son, who is a musician. What a find! What a...
