I have been coming to this location for quite some time, but today I actually went home 💯% satisfied. One of the employees named Cynthia T attended to us today with so great customer service expertise! She was so patient with us. She makes sure she explain everything details to us in our transaction. Wow! outside business, there are still amazing souls like Cynthia. Thank you Cynthia. We appreciate your customer service to us today .
I have to make an update on my previous review...I still give Cynthia 5 stars. But today 07/17/2024, about 7:30 pm I went into this same store to kindly asked why my network is so slow, I can't download, opening some app very slow . I meet 3 guys I didn't really wanted to go to the guy that called me, he is guy on the far left side has tattoo cover all over his body( just description ) I tried to asked why my network so slow , was even trying to tell him I just switched from Tmobile last month, but he cut me short saying is not their fault, asking oh where did u get the phone from, he couldn't allow me to talk , he was like not even interested to hear me out, even my little girl was surprised the way he was rushing us...at the end he couldn't even render any help we went back home frustrated. I was just wondering what kind of customer service does this staff render to customers? Am just on conclusion that the guy lack customer service expertise. He does he feel that a customer left with getting help or being satisfied. He does not even care. This is so sad. The customer service told me to get to the store just before they were about to close according to the information that the customer service representative was going off of I get there and this guy was really rude. I told him okay Chad sent me. Can you help me out? And no, we close at 8:00 and I went. That's not what the customer service people told me and he said well. I don't know what to tell you but we closed at 8. I'm trying to get these people out of here. I can't do anything for you. He was really rude really abrupt I tried asking a couple of questions and he just cut me off and shut me down as if I was intruding and he tells me well. Well updated service hours are on the door and I said okay. Wow, thanks! And as I'm walking out I reach apparently for the wrong door he goes. The line was extremely long, and the manager, was in the back office, I summoned him, Scott Duran, and asked if he can assist in assisting us folks, who were canceling the services for a number of reasons. Myself and other patrons asked if he could open a terminal for just cancelations, and he stated he is understaffed and just have to wait just like everyone else. I asked for his business card as to his integrity in assisting his peers and subordinates, but as the customers. I've been a customer since it was Charter, and the staff has declined in customer service poorly. Fortunately, we myself we have moved on, and many other folks there were also canceling their services. The manager needs to be professional and customer service at best, but that the service they provide, they can keep it, and we will go elsewhere. Good...
