Have a silver ring from my wedding, took it to get resized. They added sterling silver to my ring which I’m allergic to.. you’d think they would test the kind of silver my ring is… needless to say, my finger turned green after two days. I took it back and they made me use hand sanitizer on my finger as if I’m making the green on my finger up. I showed them and said “still green” and the lady shrugged and then tried to sell me something else without resolving the situation.
Run… do not take your jewelry here. My wedding ring that I had for three years is now destroyed and I cannot wear it.
They don’t care. No offer for a refund or try to find me another piece where I could exchange my ring. It is jewelers like this that make people question whether or not people are really authentic. Literally the last thing I’m gonna do is buy another piece of jewelry when you just destroyed the piece of jewelry I’ve worn faithfully for three years.
I am a very reasonable guy, the only thing I wanted was for my ring to be fixed. But how can you fix a ring that you put sterling silver into? You literally have to melt it together. The only alternative I have is to pay for a new ring or where this one around my neck. And because I’m allergic to Sterling silver, I’m not gonna be able to do that either. So I have no choice but to buy another ring because you guys messed up and refused to make it right.
I was incredibly nice, and all you did was argue with me and try to prove me wrong. Never ever will. I recommend your company to anybody. I wouldn’t be leaving this review as a one star if the problem was solved in a more diplomatic manner. But all you wanted to do is argue and all I want is my ring to actually be able to be worn without turning my entire...
Read moreHello I saw that they were really good reviews about this place and that’s why I took my timepiece there to get it serviced. However, my experience was completely opposite majority of here, and I wanted to share mines. I went to this place to get my watch repaired. Initially, the two female workers there were okay in terms of service. After leaving my watch there, the worker said that they will call me so I can speak to the watchmaker regarding the problems of my watch. However, I got no phone call and I just got a text that the service was completed. I had my watch picked up and a new blond worker that I have never met before was really rude. When I had asked what was done to my watch, she said, “ Oh, I already explained all that on the phone” When I just wanted clarity on what was done to my watch because nobody had called me regarding the concerns about my watch or go to depth of what was done. Worst of all, the problem is still unresolved and there’s still rattling in my watch. All in all, I believe that this place probably has a good reputation, but not in my book and I’m looking to take it...
Read moreI leave a 1-star review for many reasons. I purchased a Tiffany bracelet from Tiffany & Co and went to Fast Fix to engrave it because I was told by the manager it could be engraved in the time I needed it. I went to pick up the bracelet on the day I was promised and I was told it was not ready. So I had to cancel the evening I had planned because I now do not have the gift. The following day it was ready so I went to pick up the bracelet. They put the engraving in the wrong place even after I left a detailed picture showing exactly where on the bracelet I wanted the letters to be engraved. IT WAS ONLY 3 LETTERS! How do you screw that up?!!! Also, the engraving is hardly what I received. Its hairline at best. Not to be considered actual engraving. Do not use this place if you expect quality as I did. They offered to polish the engraving and let them try again but I do not trust their work or when they say it will be ready. One more thing, I paid $125 for...
