They don’t know the refill policy. I ordered an espresso frappe with coconut milk they said they didn’t have then they offered ice coffee frappe which was fine. I got in line to get a refill for an ice coffee or whatever qualifies me for a refill I said I’m not picky I’ll take what ever qualifies me for a refill. The worker said I don’t know let me ask then I had 3 employees telling me based on what I ordered I couldn’t get any refill of anything they explained I would have had to order an iced coffee or a tea and my iced coffee frappe wouldn’t count. So I had 3 employees deny me. Wasn’t gonna make a big deal. I’ll school them here. Here is the policy. Starbucks offers free refills on brewed coffee (hot or iced) and tea (hot or iced) to customers who are enjoying their beverages in the cafe. The refills are available during the same visit and must be the same size as the original drink. Customers need to have their initial drink served in a "for-here" cup or a clean personal cup to be eligible for a refill, according to Starbucks. your initial purchase must be in a reusable cup or “for-here” serveware.

While your initial beverage can be anything off the menu, the refill is restricted to hot or iced brewed coffee or tea. In other words, if you order a Frappuccino as your first beverage, you cannot get a free Frappuccino refill. Wasting my time trying to get a HOT coffee. Wife ordered as I found a place to sit in the mall. She brings a coffee that is barely warm that I can drink like milk. She takes it back wasting another 5 minutes asking her to wait AGAIN. Brings it back again and it's still freaking barely warm. Si I go up telling the country girl that it's still barely warm asking if I can get a HOT cup. I can do this or that but it gets cold because of the milk we put in it. Today I placed my order with them & never again ! They didn’t wanna give me my money back I ordered a bagel & there was no cream cheese & one of the workers offered me butter !
