Would go again and recommend ONLY for the service of the manager. I went in a few weeks ago to have my phone screen fixed. I was initially only trying to get an estimate and make sure my phone would be fixable rather than needing a replacement but when the employee said he could do it for me in 15 mins, the mall was about to close in that time, of course I couldnât pass it up. He fixed it, tried up selling a few extras, case, screen protector, etc. And I was on my way. Almost immediately the next day I notice a new issue with my phone Iâve never had before. It was an issue that was turning my phone off and on completely when I attempted to make or answer a call. I donât live in the area so coming back within a short timeframe was not an option. I called in a few days later to remind the same employee of who I was and when I came in and I explained my issue to him he said to bring it in. I hadnât had time for at least a week or so since Iâm busy and donât live this way. I made Time to come in today and saw the guy that initially fixed my phone and who answered the phone when I called in. I asked if he remembered me and again explained how he serviced me and when I first came in. I explained and showed him the problem in person by making a call thus causing my phone to shut off. Instead of trying to service me and tell me he would look at it or even just pass me to the manager, he tried to find reason to blame me for the issue. Asking if I dropped my phone again, saying itâs been weeks since I came in, then asked me to make a call again which, just my luck, went through fine so he looked at me like I was stupid and said well itâs clearly working. I said no it chooses when to work but the majority of the time it shuts off. I told him Iâve had the phone for years and never had an issue until I allowed him to fix my screen. He asked me to wait for the manager. The manager took his time actually explaining what the problem would or could be and told me heâd look and see what he could do. He didnât try to find a reason to fault me or possibly charge me, since most places will charge you anew if itâs your own fault but if it was a mistake done in the repair process they will fix the issue. I have some friends that have some phone tech experience that informed me that it could have been a connectivity issue that was caused by the person who fixed my screen and it may not have been placed properly. I was not bothered to be returning to allow a mistake to be fixed, since I figured that was probably the issue. Additionally, I get discounts at another repair store but I wanted to allow this one to redeem the problem since I came to them to fix it initially. Although my assumption of the issue was wrong, the manager still explained what the issue was and how and when it can occur. The entire demeanor of the manager was different from the guy who helped me initially and tried to find any reason to possibly turn me away or make me at fault for the issue. Customer service should be the priority as it was displayed by the manager. Make sure to go in when the manager is there! He has a full beard, colored eyes, and an accent and heâs quite tall. He told me that my phone has a little crack on the corner and I was aware of that. Well, he looked and went inside to look for one. When he came told me that probably will be a little big. He put it and I noticed was not properly installed and I told him. He went inside again and bring a smaller one. He clean it again and put the second one. Out of the sudden he said: "or it is not fitting". I took my phone, put it in my purse and went to my car trying to charged my phone and leave and I SAW A DIFFERENT CRACK ON TOP! I came back with this guy to let him know. He told me that the crack was right there...AND IT WAS NOT!! Why I need to come back to let him know. I was aware of the little crack in the corner but the one on top NOO WAY!! HE PRESS TOO HARD THE MAKE A CRACK ON TOP!! HE OBVIOUSLY DENIED IT!! I WAS MAD TO SEE THAT DISHONEST GUY...
I was looking for a case, he suggested the screen protector that he tried 2 and told me none of them fit. At the end the awful result was a new crack on top!!
What a unprofessional business!!
Don't recommend to anyone!! DO NOT GO THERE! That guy is not honest and ignored people when something is his fault!!

John opened up my phone and used his personal phone and somehow was able to make my phone received a phone call. John put my phone back together and I asked him to make another phone call and John refused. I asked my witness to make a phone call to my phone and it didnât function properly. I was telling John my phone wasnât working and he refused to acknowledge it. I asked John to replace the original part back to my phone. John refused at first and then he accepted it. My phone started functioning properly and I showed John and he started to avoid me. I asked for a refund because John sold me a part that was not compatible with my phone. John refused to give me a refund and refused to acknowledge that the part he sold me cost my phone to not function properly. I found out on March 6, 2022 John phone number and profile name appears on my personal google email account. I have begun taking proper steps to resolve my unfortunate experience with ââ JOHN ââ I will appreciate if the owner of the fix can assist me resolve my case.. I have printed paper copies of purchase item, also proof of Johnâs getting access to my personal google email account and still have the item sold by John which he refused to take back to give...
