Win Wings — Restaurant in Montclair

So I went because they were the only place in the mall that offered something wheat free and DF for my kiddo I was not expecting anything great and honest I went expecting way less then even decent food. But what we got WAS AMAZING! I got my kid a plain patty and fries. They couldn't tell me the allergens in their seasoned fries so they put the seasoning on the side which was PERFECT because I LOVED IT! I got the philly cheesesteak with American cheese no mayo... because lets be honest a true cheesesteak doesn't have swiss cheese and to be honest it the closest to a TRUE cheesesteak I have had in a LONG TIME! It was so good It took all my will power to not go buy another to see if they were as good the next day. Hands down I will be coming back again. The front counter service was the best that you can expect from a teenager. however their chef does seem to take care and follow dietary allergens as my kiddo did fine! Which she doesn't have cross contamination issues (thank the lord) but some places slip up we have a reaction for her. none the less I LOVED THE FOOD AND THE FRIES, and no allergic reaction for my kid is a HUGE bonus! ONLY thing I would say... as they are the ONLY GF option at the food court it would be nice if you didn't have to spend $06.99 + tax for a patty. even Disneyland offers a Meat only price I wish they did too. Only complaint I have is having to by my kid a WHOLE meal just to get a patty. one thing I found interesting the adult combo and the kids combo seems to be a similar size fry. which was surprising and the burgers look to be the same size based on what I saw from others ordering. Only difference seems to be the drink so I can't quite understand how an Adult burger is almost $12.00 ( only the burger) and a kids burger is $6.99 ( with fries and drink included). Just an observation..... Anyways, GIVE THEM A TRY you will not...

I’m glad I’m not the only one who has posted reviews with issues on their stupid unyielding policies.

This business is located in the food court inside the Montclair Mall. I was with a party of (8) five were young men with disabilities, on an outing. Seven of us ordered lunch at WinWings, my son wanted Panda Express from next door. When he came to sit down to join his peers, right away the manager said “no outside food!”

I told him you have (7) paying customers and you won’t let one person sit inside your dining area you serious?

He said absolutely no outside food and said it was posted.

Unbelievable, upset my son cause he didn’t understand.

I don’t believe this was prejudicial, just stupid…….surely one person can’t make a freakin’ difference.

I actually recommended the food to the group, I’ve eaten their Philly cheese steak & Philly cheese chicken sandwiches there, they were quite good.

Like the other reviewers, he will not have returning customers.

I tried to find a corporation to complain to, but this is privately owned...

I've tried the food a few times thinking I just went in at a bad time. I used to like the grilled chicken salad. Every time I go the customer service gets ruder. The new cashier is extremely rude and impatient. Each time the portions are smaller. One time I asked to pay for extra chicken for my husband because we were given tiny scraps. They barely gave us more and it was still garbage. I also paid for cheese (which was sprinkled) and I paid yet again for them to only add a -little- more. The next time I tried to order extra chicken (knowing the portions are small) I was told I wasn't allowed to. I've been extremely polite and willing to pay extra for what used to be the normal portions. No attitude or disrespect towards them even when they were rude to me. I was understanding that food costs prices have gone up. (This is a long message and its not even the half of how much I dislike this...
