Torrid — Local services in Montclair

It makes no sense that online the store hours say they open at 10am but that actually don't open until 11. I drove all the way from my job just to waste my lunch break because Torrid doesn't know how to update there hours to reflect the actual time they open. That is not the only issue I have had with Torrid in general. Customer service is lacking in a lot of their locations but I never reviewed it before because I liked the store. Now I'm going to start shopping elsewhere because this is too much. It doesn't take anything to ensure they have the correct hours of operation online and it doesn't take a lot to provide quality customer service considering this is an expensive...

This place is absolutely amazing. The managers and associates are wonderful, helpful and do their best to give you an easy shopping experience. However, I have had problems with the online ordering system and customer service when calling from home. Gabby was wonderful and helpful! She was sweet and delivers excellent client service. The other girl with a light complexion and reddish hair is incredibly uncomfortable. I felt like she was pressuring me to purchase something or place an order with them. When I said I would order it on my own she went to say in a demeaning manner that I wouldn't get free shipping.
