Loren is the best! Before meeting Loren, we worked with two other agents in search of our first home, who were nice, did fine job, but became more quiet after a few months had passed, just like most agents. We didn’t blame them as we didn’t find houses we were particularly interested in. Until we met Loren, we didn’t know what a difference a good agent could make. Loren is super responsive and proactive, and most importantly he followed through. We worked with him for an entire year, and not a single time did he respond even slightly late. He does not just respond, but also always go further and spend more time, until absolutely nothing more could be done. He will have your best interests at heart and be very thorough in all aspects, and will be the one to push things forward even when you get lazy.

Different from most other agents, Loren has a contractor background and great negotiating skills and can definitely offer more, but what sets him even more apart is this work ethic that we just don’t see much more these days. And other than all of these, he is just such a nice, caring and positive person that anyone would love to be with.
