BAD SERVICE. I was happy for this place to see them busy after opening. However, this is where too much can be no good. They started out so strong with very fast service. Then they blew up, have all their tables filled, lots of Uber eats and takeout and their service got so bad. People are waiting for tables when they have reservations. Horrible wait times for food.

They either : Take less tables and less takeout orders bc they literally cannot keep up with the demand. The place is a hot mess when you walk in. And only 3-4 wait staff handling it all. No hostess so you're standing there waiting to tell them you have a reservation. Then you end up waiting 40 minutes for your meal. We came fasting for Ramadan expecting to eat within at least 25 minutes and we sat there for 45 min for food.

Hire more staff! They have no hostess not enough waiters and they're running around like it's a mad house between tables that are left neglected or waiting.

Both! The kitchen staff clearly can't keep up with the demand of the all the takeout and the restaurant.

Waiting 45 min for food for 2 people is too long.

Unfortunately I won't be back untill it's at 5-530 before the rush. It's a shame because their food is...

Went here on a Thursday night for some Thai food. Our appetizers took nearly an hour to come out and we saw others who came way after us get their food before us. The service was slow and bad and no apologies for the long wait even though the place wasn't at all crowded.

Got the shrimp cocktail, spring rolls, and satay chicken for appetizers. The shrimp cocktail was bland but that's how it is but it still had the "poop" vein in the shrimp. They should have removed it. The satay chicken was delicious but a little dry. And spring rolls tasted fine, like all other spring rolls.

I got the pad Thai noodles which were ok but was lacking in flavor. I asked for Thai street lvl spicy but it was really mild. For my GF we got the tiger beef platter which was probably the best dish in the menu so far. It was loaded with flavor and I'll probably get that if I go back again.

For dessert we got the Mango sticky rice and Mango Ice Cream with sticky rice. Both were absolutely on point. The sticky rice wasn't overly sweetened and the mango was perfectly ripe.

Overall the place had decent food but the service was atrocious. They need to really...

First impressions are often the most important and between the kind front of house staff, the mocktails and app presentation they absolutely killed it. The drinks were a delicious kick off to the meal that could be easily substituted as a post meal treat. I got the lunch special which came with a free appetizer so I ordered the the tub-tim fritters which were delicious—I only wish there were more—and the miso and papaya salad were very flavorful. The papaya salad was topped with almost microscopic dried shrimp which I’ve never seen before. Pretty cool to look at and the shrimp taste was there. Pad Thai may have been the best I’ve ever had and the green curry was top notch. It’s definitely a pricey meal so it may be better for special occasions than regular visits, but honestly I want to go back tomorrow and I’ll find a way to justify the dent...

I’ve eaten here 3 times and never had an issue with the food. The food is delicious! The first time i ate inside the restaurant where my friend and I were politely rushed out. We had workers cleaning around us as we ate and they even went as far as to turn the lights on before we were done. It wasn’t quite closing time and we weren’t the only people there but this is why i have atmosphere 2 stars. I gave 3 stars for my overall review because like i said the food is great but last night i ordered takeout and paid $77 for what’s pictured below. I feel totally scammed and will never order from here again. My crab Rangoon was burned and the mini containers of white rice are just disrespectful lol
