This towns policies are so shady. Most especially the water/sewer departments. And to the tax collector, learn the law. Telling residents that the water & sewer bills “are what they are” is both wrong and unlawful which sets the town up for law suits. They aren’t what they are. Residents have a legal right to challenge their bills, and the town has an obligation to review and adjust overcharges. Easily accessible. Good parking around rear of the building and on Claremont Ave (metered) and on Cottage Place (one way) which runs perpendicular (free 1 hr parking)....
