I was told over the phone I could do a walk in, my referral said I could do a walk in, and when I walked in I was told appointments were mandatory. I asked if I needed to do any preparation and was told no. When I arrived to my appointment, I waited for over an hour, received 1/2 x-rays, waited further, and then was told I would be unable to do the second x-ray due to my piercings. They took no accountability for denying there was any preparation I needed to do and told me to come back the next day as they managed to squeeze me in. When I came back the next day I was told that due to the error, I would not be charged my co-pay again. I was willing to let go of the experience as they did offer that turn around and lack of second charge, however I have now received a bill for the second co-pay and when I called they directed me to my insurance, even when I shared what they said on the second day about them not charging me.
