Came to get some food for my mom here and regret it. So they had some premade stuff for lunch that my mom wanted to try. When asked how to order, they said 3 items for $9.99. So I asked for the Beef thing, a chicken thing, and fried tofu. After tax it came out to $11.01. So I gave the woman at the counter $12, expecting 99 cent back. Nothing. So I reminded her that I gave her $12. Her reply was, "Oh it's $11 because it's $9.99 + tax." So she didn't even understand that I was asking for my change back and apparently it's ok to keep the change whether the customer wants to tip or not. Tip is earned by good service, all they did was steal my change. When I got home, we found the beef thing and chicken thing, and some noodles on the bottom, but no Fried Tofu. When I called, she said she gave me the third item, which was tofu noodles instead. So the same woman doesn't give you what you ordered on top of her automatic gratuity. At this price point, deceptive sales tactics, and low quality of food, you might as well just go to Panda and actually get something that tastes good for the price, and two items really means two items plus fried rice and/or chow mein included...

Really hate a store refuses to provide recipe and take the changes without asking (that's basically stealing or robbery).

I accidently discover this restaurant this morning. The service is generally bad per mainland china's culture, so no need to fuss about it. The server tried to upsale their famous items but unfortunately none of them suits my need. Maybe that why she over charged me $11 cash when the sales price should be $9.99... despite the credit card signs and the fact there'll be some changes left. My friend and I both hate this type of practices so even the food I brought today is okay, I probably won't come back. (Can't remember if she put that cash in the register too)

I'm not allergic to MSG but I suspect MSG is heavily used because I become very thirsty after eating. Or just lots of salt.

P.S. Many said food is good here... but the food in the display don't look good at all. But mainly, the business practices...

They have the worst attitude I’ve ever met. Their cashier and manager are very very impolite to their customer. What is included of the cuisine is very different from what the cashier told to me. I asked them if I could exchange it to another one since they gave me the information before I ordered it. They said no and even blamed it on me saying that I should have see the picture carefully. How could I tell from the little picture if the Tofu pot has rice noodles inside or not? Also it is their cashier told me that it has rice noodles inside so that I ordered it. Before, my uncle always bought bum from here for to-go. But this time he said, not even their attitude is bad but also their dine-in food is in very bad quality. Maybe their bum is good, but I’ll say it is definitely not the best in this area. We’d rather go to other places to buy bum. We paid it after and eat nothing and just left. I won’t argue with someone that so impolite like them and will never...
