Very very disappointed rightnow, my mom (who is ill and dieing from liver failure) doesn't have a lot of hair at all, but she wanted to get it trimmed since parts were growing longer then others. This was maybe a 10min long session at most, cut maybe 1/4" off all around looks like a bowl cut you give a teenage boy, and then the hair dresser has the audacity to charge her $65.00 🙃 wow she could have gone to the barber shop paid $25 ($18+$7tip) and would of have gotten a better hair cut. Headquarters Salon has an extremely friendly and welcoming environment. I am always happy to see my stylist Jen and she takes care of me in no time at all. Being a guy who wants the same haircut every month, I cannot complain. Even if I get indecisive, the stylists here are more than happy to walk me through different styles and even happier to accommodate me when I land on the same style I've had for years. This salon has broken my baber shop stigma that I grew up with, and I don't think I'll ever be able to go anywhere else to get my hair done right. 5 stars because Jen and the rest of the staff are amazing.
