All Wrapped Up Cafe — Restaurant in Montesano

I attached a couple pictures, as I did take pics to show the owner. I purchased 14 bars from All Wrapped Up last Friday, for my clients as a Mother's Day treat. The person cut each in half and arranged them in a large baking sheet. After arriving at my office and uncovering I was shocked to see melted lemon bars, which were so melted they couldn't even be removed without leaving a big mess behind. The rhubarb bars were super dried out, to the point of being hardened gummed jelly. The chocolate/peanut butter bars were soggy and too fell apart when attempting to remove them. The cluster of chocolate brownie/marshmallow bars were so dry they were cracking and separated as clients attempt to take what looked to be the only eatible item in the tray. I called that morning and was told the owner agreed to return my money for "2 of the bars". I went in this morning, with pictures to show what I received, this being just days later, and was treated rudely. The person did call the owner and proceeded to hand me $6. Again complaining the girl added $5, a total of $11; my original cost exceeded $60. Mind you, I was more dismayed about being sold such terrible bars and knowing the person had to have known this when boxing/cutting them, and yet proceeded with selling this non edible food. I would never expect this, especially from a hometown bakery/coffee shop. It's completely unacceptable. I will never again recommend coming here, as I regularly did in the past (must have changed...

Everything about this shop is wonderful. It’s like stepping into your favorite relatives home. You are treated just like family (the good kind of family) from the minute you walk in! From the coziness, to the yummy bakery items (cookie dough brownie is my guilty pleasure) to the coffee everything is WONDERFUL! The owner is amazing, treats everyone with respect & kindness. You can tell the staff actually like being at work as well, I have always had the best service there. Plus nowadays customer service is almost nonexistent so All Wrapped Up’s consistent customer service is a giant breath of fresh air! I love bringing my whole family in for a treat, not just for the body but soul as well. We always leave feeling better than when we came in. You know how you have seen that TV show or movie with the perfect quaint coffee shop where everyone knows each other in the cute little town. This is that coffee shop. You walk in the door and hear the staff asking someone about their chickens, or their dog, or their kids. Customers strike up friendly conversations with each other and talk about the weather. If you are traveling through, I highly recommend stopping in. You will feel as if you have walked into that cute coffee shop in your favorite show.
