Superb service! This is the first time I’ve ever got my computer fixed here. This was the only place that had great reviews in the area so I tried this place out. Technician X is worth ALL FIVE STARS.

The computer I needed service was a custom built one I made back in 2013 (7 years as of the posting of this review). The system wouldn’t post for some reason and I was at my wit’s end as to figuring out why. I brought it over and the people that work there were super friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to fix my issue AND, as a big plus, they removed all the dust in my PC (it had a thick layer of dust inside). Pricing is reasonable too. You pay a small fee upfront for the first half hour of work. If they need to work more on it, they will call you with an estimate. This is time spent physically and actively sitting in front of your computer fixing it, not running some diagnostic and forgetting about it. So when they mean 30 minutes, they MEAN actually working on it, not slacking off. Luckily, they were able to get my computer fixed within that half hour, which is AMAZING.

I can’t recommend these guys enough. This place is a 30 minute drive from me and I will HAPPILY drive over there again if/whenever I have an issue with any of my computers that I can’t solve. 5/5 STARS. EASY. THERE IS...

I purchased an iMac used from FB Marketplace. The machine worked as expected in Starbucks were I met the seller.

Unfortunately when I got home, the iMac had restarting and booting issues. Without success, I tried to fix the issues myself by testing out a handful of potential remedies kicked up by a Google search.

I decided to bring the iMac to a computer repair center. Although they certainly weren't the closest repair center, I decided to bring it to Technician X since they had stellar reviews and a good reputation.

The Team took in my iMac and within a day I was given a detailed report of what needed to be fixed. With my approval, they ordered the parts needed to perform the repair. A few days later I got a call the iMac was ready for pick up.

The repairs were considerable and the price they charged was reasonable. I got home and my iMac worked perfectly.

Terrible experience. I left my laptop here to be checked for a possible virus. After paying and going home, I realized that the charger returned to me was not the original charger. It did not fit properly into the charger slot and was much smaller than the original charger. It was unable to charge my laptop battery. My battery died as a result of not being charged. They effectively broke my laptop. I was heartbroken by this failure. Now my laptop takes forever to come on and will not stay on if unplugged.

I went in person to complain and did not receive satisfaction. The staff denied misplacing my original charger. I now have to go out and buy a new laptop. I cannot understand the good reviews for this company and will never recommend this shop to...
