Subway — Restaurant in Montgomery Township

After coming to this Subway location, I decided I would never return because the incredibly disrespectful way the manager treated me and my family. While placing orders for our 4 sandwiches, I was interrupted while beginning to choose my ingredients, and the individual behind us was asked to begin ordering. I respectfully told manager that my family was all together, however, he very rudely continued to receive the other customers order. At this point, I felt it was important to explain how wrong it was to take orders out of line, and asked what the reasoning behind this was. In response to this, the manager began speaking about how I was having a “bad day” and was trying to “bring others down”. As a person who operates on logic, I still cannot understand the reasoning for this terrible customer service, and I happily took my business to a nearby restaurant. Overall poor experiences the past few times we visited. We go because of convenience with kids taking tennis down the street. I don’t know how many times the sandwiches were not what was expected. The last visit we ordered a foot long meatball sandwich…there were a few meatballs in the entire sandwich - they scraped dried sauce and put it on the sandwich!!! At first when my son showed me I just thought meatballs were broken up but then when I tested it - just dried sauce. I brought it back and the person stated they were out of meatballs. The nerve to serve a “takeout” order that way. Only way we knew before too late was bc my kids ate in the parking lot as we were going to another activity and could go back in. This location is the worst. The customer service has been awful at nearly every visit. Last time I went, It was 45 min before closing and the girl behind the counter said they were closed but the store said it was open. I tried to ask if they were open but she was on the phone and proceeded to ignore me until I interrupted. She said she was closed and when I asked about the hours indicated online, she proceeded to clarify that they were open but she decided to no longer take orders because she wanted to prep food for the next day so she could leave early...all of which was conveyed with the utmost disrespect and attitude.
