Can a burger actually be THIS good? We have been looking for a burger place for what seems like forever and finally came across Mooyah. We ordered the Indulgent BBQ burger, the Double Diablo and shareable fries. Both burgers were big and grilled just the way we like it. They come with a couple of toppings already based on the menu. The Indulgent BBQ is exactly that, with BBQ sauce, applewood smoked bacon, and fried onion strings. The fresh double beef patties taste SO good. The Double Diablo was delicious and had a spicy kick from the cholula and jalapenos. We added a few more toppings to each based on what we wanted, and this was easy to do via online ordering. The buns were warm and soft, and the sauces were delicious. The shareable fries are addicting, we could not stop eating them. It's a large portion, so you don't feel like you are getting jipped on the fries. The online ordering process was quick and easy, and our food was packed and ready in less than 15 minutes. The staff was kind enough to bring it right out to the car for us when we arrived. Their menu is extensive, they have a lot of options, including lifestyle burgers with lettuce wraps instead of buns, gluten free options, vegan burgers, turkey burgers, hot dogs, the list just goes on. We wish we tried out their shakes but will definitely try them next time. We have found our new local burger place and are so happy we did. Try Mooyah, you will be in...
Read moreThe fancier version of Five Guys with chicken, hot dog and shake options. The place is a bit cramped in the waiting for pickup area and I left bad standing there with my ass in the face of people eating but really had no choice. There is a rewards app that gives a "free" small fries after signing up but when presented to the young lady (smiling or being personable wasn't her priority) we were told we had to buy a drink to use it. Instead of pointing out the digital coupon that said nothing of the sort we just ordered our three burgers (still not enough to get those free fries?!?!). The chicken burger with Mooyah sauce (ranch secret sauce) was tasty but not very filling. The two other burgers were said to be good even if the toppings we wanted/didn't want was incorrect. My gf ended up buying small fries anyway and they were good but nothing special. The personal experience, toppings issue and coupon fiasco (too strong) overrode the good burgers and probably will just head the 2 miles down the road to Five Guys next time we are in the area.
UPDATE: Not even a generic response to my email regarding their bad customer service and bait and switch free fries coupon. Food is nowhere near good enough to warrant going back after terrible...

I ordered the burger bar boxes through EZ cater for a 20 person professional luncheon and it was one of the worst ordering experiences I have ever had. I simply ordered on EZ cater 3 boxes and expected the process to be simple. Then the owner (or someone) called me sounding very confused and asking me all sorts of questions. I kept telling them, “I want it EXACTLY as advertised!” In the little red boxes with all the cooked burgers in a pan, the buns in a pan, the toppings in the little containers in the RED BOX. They were still confused as if they never heard about these boxes before. I almost canceled the almost $300 order and the man assured me it will be fine. I walked in at 11:30 (with my presentation being at NOON) and they had the order INCORRECT!! Nothing was packaged, the red boxes were nowhere to be seen and they were giving me uncooked burgers. I managed to explain this was already paid for and I NEED to be at the hospital for a presentation at 12. I am currently sitting in the store and my order is not ready, and now I am going to be late for a professional presentation. I am furnish and will never come here again. I will also tell me colleagues to never order catering...
