Clothes are cute. But the manager is extremely rude. As soon as she saw that I walked through the door with a bag from the store, she rushed to me and put her hand out and said if I was coming to make a return and kept moving her hand as if I were a child to get me to give her the bag. I told her I wanted to do an exchange and I wanted to look around before returning it in case I changed my mind and she sharply said “No no give this to me” and I was so stunned by her behavior so I said “no? I’m going to look to see if I want to exchange it” and she got mad and said I’d have to put the bag in my car or leave. I got upset and told her to process the return because she was being very rude and she laughed and shrugged me off as if to let me know she didn’t care. I didn’t get her name but she’s African American and from what I’ve heard, she’s done this before. I don’t know what’s up with her. I’ve been there other times and she only seems to follow me around and keep an eye on me, but not other people.. can help but notice she does this with Latin people. So rude and walks around with...

I shop at the one in Eastchase and recently met Mary!! She was the bomb from the moment I walked into the door & until I left. I even went back days later to exchange something there and she was again by far the most helpful person I’ve ever come in contact with in a retail store! As a former boutique owner myself, I feel that Mary is the most valuable asset to Francesca’s at Eastchase and I have told everyone to go see her because of her amazing customer service skills. She was the only one on the floor and many people were coming and going and yet she never made me feel rushed! She handled every person so attentively but somehow made me -and I’m sure all the other shoppers felt that they too were her priority. I can’t say enough good things about her...

Finally a clothing store in Eastchase that sells nice clothing! Every other store is so out of touch. All the shirts are in half, jeans are missing 80% of the fabric but cost more than a real pair of pants. This store is actually selling clothes that people would want to wear. There's items here for every occasion and accessories to match. The dresses aren't giving late 1700s vibes the way target dresses do. The mannequins are actually wearing cute outfits that match and make you want to buy the entire fit. It doesn't look like the staff just threw something together.
