Once again a poorly made salad with old brown lettuce. Check-in server repeatedly spoke over me as I was attempting to give him my order. Extremely rude behavior. Always allow the customer to speak uninterrupted as that is simply courteous service. It is understood that the line must keep a rapid pace but at the cost of simple politeness, this is A HARD FAIL. He then proceeded to holler across the lane to an associate that was leaving. Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL. Definitely not paying 'Chickfila prices' to have such a poor experience. The staff at the window were MECHANICALLY FUNCTIONAL but not friendly. I understand we all must wear masks when in places of business so in order to still show a happy friendliness, it must be put in your eyes and tone of voice. Everyone was too busy having more personal conversations. Ive traveled to CFAs all over the country and this one was terrible. Food and experience rated an F. No plans to return to this Chick-fil-A. UPDATE: I seriously believe that if it werent majority minority, then the store would look better. The air condition is ALWAYS out, the floors need moping, there is a wooden board where there was a door. The doors arent even automatic and they have poles on their carts so you cant take the carts outside. This limits what you can buy and the fact the doors arent automatic makes it worse. I had to kick it with my feet to open it while i was the only one in the store and the male cashier KNEW I WAS STRUGGLING. I had to make more than one trip to my car to put bags inside. Its easier to just go to Dollar General. Atleast i can use the carts to load my car and the doors are automatic which aides in COVID contamination. Everything in the shopping center is decent except for Walmart. From the time you step in the parking lot and see the lot cop set up with flashing lights all the way to trying to shop having people follow you around the whole time why you're trying to shop making you feel like you're some kind of thief all the way to checking out to having to deal with rude employees and never having any employee around when you need help makes it the work Walmart I've been to ever!
