Burger King — Restaurant in Montgomery

ake out | $20–30 I recently visited Burger King on Ann street Friday march 14th for my dinner choice with my grandmother from Seattle .she’s not familiar with Burger King here like I am I’m from Montgomery what I thought was going to a good dine in meal quickly turned into a grab and go situation due to the complete rudeness of your manager! (Kim) I entered the restaurant the manager on duty (Kim) was seen being a complete prick to her customers’ employees’ and overall just a rude person .Her attitude isn’t customer service friendly like other mangers (Jessica) after deciding with my grandmother to leave. I returned that Sunday afternoon and was meet with a different manager that was .Mrs Jessica I communicated my issue to her she told me she’ll handle it she was very nice and respectful i tried to give her a tip she wouldn’t even accept it the lobby was clean my food was fresh and well organized in the bag .she’s nice to her employees and customers overall just a nice person we will be returning if we see her there .(Kim ) should NOT be working in customer service and I will not spending my money here while she is working need better customer service oriented managers .I’m glad I spoke with Mrs Jessica I would have not known you guys had good managers (Kim )she makes the overall restaurant experience bad and this also makes your other managers who is customer...

This place doesn't seem to know how to run a business. They make you wait at the speaker for what feels like forever, then when they take your order, they don't bother doing it right (most of the timd), and never tell you the total before asking you to drive around. Then they make you wait at the first window while the cashier stands there doing absolutely nothing for the length of a song, then asks what your order was, then takes your payment. Then you're asked to sit at the first window instead of pulling forward to the pickup window so they can go get your food, because of something to do with not wanting to get in trouble for you waiting at the 2nd window for some reason. Then you still wait even longer, and they finally give you your order, which is wrong 75% of the time. I asked for no onions, pickles, tomato, or lettuce multiple times because it always makes their food soggy and nasty, and then I have a tomato running juice all over it and in the wrapper. This place sucks unless you keep it simple and get chicken nuggets or fries, or a fountain drink. Otherwise, I don't...

I hate this location. Every time I go there’s always something wrong and every person I’ve encountered is rude. The first time I went, they gave us the wrong sandwiches, went back to get them fixed, and still left with wrong sandwiches. The second time, I specifically asked the lady at the window to clarify that she heard me when I asked for no tomatoes because my friend is allergic, she said yes and then I got home and both had tomatoes. The next time I went, I was the only one in line at the drive thru at about 7pm. I waited for 10 mins saying hello into the speaker with no reply. I googled and saw they were open so I parked and went to the door. Inside I saw two women, both were sitting in the dinning area on their phones and when I went to open the door it was locked and they just stared at me until one of them gave me a dirty looked and yelled to go around.
