Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Montgomery

Omg, I ordered and paid for a large red beans &rice ,and a large mashed Potatoes and gravy,I paid 11.00 for them, I rushed to popeyes from the hospital, because as I arrived at the hospital at 8pm .my father who is dying said that he was hungry and that the food that the hospital try to feed him was to hard and rough, the meat was . I asked the nurse for a sandwich for him and she brought back two cups of apple sauce and a cup of ice cream, I asked my father if he want some red beans and rice and he yes, please I am hungry daughter. This is why I rushed to popeyes his favorite restaurant to get him some of their awesome red beans and rice and mashed potatoes and gravy, and they messed my very simple order up not once ,but twice. I drove away from the drive through knowing daddy was going to enjoy this food ,only to open the bag as I almost enter the express way,and i had to make a u-turn and go back ,I said mam I bought a large red beans rice and large mashed potatoes and gravy . What I got was two small orders.then she took it back and handed me a bag, I was almost to my car when I decided not to be taken bye surprise again, and to my dismay, there was one small mashed potatoes and gravy, one small red beans and rice and one large mashed potatoes, at this point I was thinking to but him a frozen meal at Walmart across the street and heat it up. At which time I said can I just have a refund 🤔 and then she said what's wrong, I replied the the order for the third time. Then she said what are you supposed to have ,I said a large mashed potatoes and gravy and a larger red beans and rice. Then I waited, visiting hours was about to be over at 9 now it was 8:47pm and I had to fly back to the hospital and run out of the parking lot stop at the front desk to get checked back in Ms.W. said slow down, I said I can't yall will be throwing me out shortly and I need to feed my father. Lord have mercy, it's sad that you can't go into this location on Ann St in MontgomeryAlabama. To order at the counter it's been closed for months now,and that is crazy,because in Ga. You can go inside and eat or order you food, but this Ann St. Location doesn't allow you to go in and its been this way for months now. That's simply Ludacris. No chicken wings were thawed out by 1st shift . 2nd shift wasn't to blame for the lack of prepped product needed for orders. Customers either have to WAIT 30 MORE minutes for a order after having been in line WAITING 20 minutes after placing your order. The people who are taking drive thru orders MUST/SHOULD have proper knowledge of what is available when people are placing the order. There's NO WAY that Customers should get to the PICK-UP WINDOW only to be irritated annoyed aggravated . Worst place ever!!!! Ordered 2 simple meals. 2 # 3 one mild, one spicy both with a breast. When I got it home neither one was spicy and only 1 had a breast in it. I tried to call back 15 times with no answer. So I drove back to the store and asked for a manager. It took 15 mins for the manager to cone out and see me. While i was waiting i watched as the workers got 3 orders wrong back to back. They forgot to bring fries out to a woman they had pulled up to wait for fries. One of the workers kicked a metal object across the floor and then didnt bother to pick it up. When the manager came out she made me step outside and the only option i was given to make it right was to replace the food right then. I had already explained to her that I dropped it off for my daughter and I was downtown taking care of some business when I got the text that the order was wrong. So my daughter and her boyfriend had already eaten it. I asked for a refund and she said no because they ate the food. I asked What was she supposed to do....starve while she waited for me to finish my business downtown and she should make it right because of her employees incompetence. She told me the only option I had was to replace the food right then. She didn't even offer to replace it on a different day. And then she told me to have a good day and went inside.
