I drove from Prattville to this Chick-fil-A location at the request of my 4 year old son. He wanted to play on the indoor play structure. I should have followed my first mind and drove on to Eastchase. Upon entering the establishment I read on the door that table service was offered it this location, not that we necessarily needed it. However, that was great because we were dining in. I walked to the register the cashier just stood there looking at me, I then informed her that I'd like to place an order, so I did. I received my order in a bag that read "carry out", I didn't think much of it as I waited for my shake. After a couple of minutes, a young man attempted to hand me my shake with the shake running down all sides of the cup, it was all over his hands as well. I refused to accept it, asking him would he clean the cup off. It was so awful the cashier requested someone else to make the shakes, so they ultimately just made me a new shake. Problem solved.... So I thought! After I had eaten and my son finished playing, he was ready to eat. We went back up to the counter to place an additional order for his meal, I then asked the cashier if she would put my son's order on a tray because we were dining in, she asked the manager, the manager shook her head, No. I then asked the manager myself, did Chick-fil-A not provide trays for the customers that dined in, she looked at me shaking her head and said, "No", again. I simply replied, "Okay". My son and I sat in the dining area as he ate out of his bag, too. During this time the manager spoke very rude and loudly as she took a complaint phonecall from a customer by the name of Alvin. We were sitting in the 2nd to the last table, on the left side closet to the indoor play structure, and were able to hear her word for word. This is ridiculous! Piss...
Read moreI would go to this location all the time due to the location. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK OR ANY OTHER CHIC FIL A FOR THAT MATTER. Just because of the poor customer service I received in store and over the phone. I have the app which I often use to make my purchases. I ordered my food and went to pick it up. Well they never received the order so no food and no money back for me. They told me I need to refresh the app which an app refreshes by itself anyway. I have not been there in over a month and since then my phone has updated and I have not used the app before today. I did REFRESH THE APP! The little young teen they have working at the location I visited is awful and for the customer service representative say she cant help and just refresh the app is horrible! I've worked in customer service for a very long time and would never treat a customer how I was treated today! I have a close contact with someone in corporate and I will be contacting them! You never know who the person knows you're speaking with Chic Fil A. I just want you to have a good lesson on customer service! Keep the money and donate to those in need or give my meal to someone who needs it! God bless! Oh, did I mention I was willing to pay with my card for my food after my money had already been taken off the app! Well I didnt even get the chance and all that was said is we cant give you no money back here so *then shrugs shoulders *. I...
Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment regarding an incident that occurred at the Ann St. Montgomery, AL loaction, 01/09/2025. My experience not only involved unprofessional behavior from an employee but also a lack of proper resolution when the matter was brought to the attention of the general manager.
During our visit, we requested fresh hashbrowns, which should be a simple and reasonable request. However, the employee at the drive-thru window responded by saying we were "getting on her nerves" and that she wanted us "out of her window." This response was both unprofessional and offensive, leaving us feeling disrespected and unwelcome.
When we brought this matter to the attention of the general manager, Angela, we hoped for a resolution that reflected Chick-fil-A's commitment to excellent customer service. Unfortunately, Angelas response was condescending and dismissive, further compounding our frustration. Instead of addressing the situation with understanding and professionalism, she made us feel that our concerns were not being taken seriously.
This experience is far below the high standard of customer service that Chick-fil-A is known for. I urge you to investigate this incident and provide additional training for both the employee and the management staff to ensure better handling of customer concerns...
