Yummy Yaki Mongolian Stir Fry and Ramen — Restaurant in Montgomery

After being seated we weren't really checked on and our water glasses did go empty. That's for service. For food everything was fresh however the sauces are put on after everything is cooked so in the case of curry powder you end up not having a cooked in curry flavor except having a curry paste over your food. The other sauces likewise are poured on after cooking and so they don't have a chance to caramelize and cook into the food and as a result you get a less than perfect experience eating it. The restroom and the restaurant. So the problem here is the sauces don't get a chance to be cooked and are just thrown on the food after it's cooked. I'm supposing this is to save the restaurant from having to have to clean the cooking surface after each person therefore not causing cross contamination of of flavors. This can easily be fixed by pouring water on it and scraping it away but I'm thinking the owner doesn't want the extra work. I’ve been coming here since they opened and I’ve never got a problem. It seems there is new employees at the front. I walked in and i wasn’t greeted i stood there for a while and no one was in line so i don’t understand. The lady finally take my order and i get my usual which is half rice and half noodle with and extra bowl. She goes to tell another guy and he tells me i can’t half both like sir i am paying why can’t i get what i paid for he proceeded to tell me no i can only do one and seemed irritated with me. I wanted to go to the one in east chase how angry i was but i decided to get it since it was almost dark and i was tired. I usually don’t check my food because it’s usually always right and it’s written on the paper. I get home to find not one noodle or rice or my plate so i only have meat and the few veggies i got off the Togo Buffett.
