Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Montgomery

Liz and the other young lady are rude. They made my pizza completely wrong and then when I called the store, they said I didn't order from there maybe from Pike road. Then I give them the order number because it was delivered and they said they had no deliveries for tonight. Then she tells me I ordered from Pike Road again. Then I give her the order number and she says she still can't find. After about ten minutes she says I'll look it up by the phone number she finds it and yes says oh no you didn't order it with pepperoni. Needless to say I asked for a refund because on the box and my receipt it clearly says pepperoni with cheese and not just cheese. I get to the store nobody speaks but you make a sly remark when I walk in then comes to the front and screams for Liz. I'm assuming Liz is manager. She first speak but says you only get back half because you kept the cheese sticks. What pissed me off is instead of just saying I'm sorry your order was wrong you wanted to try and act like I didn't order the pizza at all. That...

I recently ordered three pizzas from Papa John’s, and unfortunately, one of them arrived with the incorrect toppings. Mistakes happen, but what made this experience especially frustrating was the response I received when I called to address the issue.

The person who answered the phone insisted the order was correct, despite clear evidence to the contrary. Rather than working to resolve the problem, they were argumentative and dismissive, saying it can’t be wrong because he was the one who made it. I was told the pizza would not be replaced or refunded, which was both disappointing and unacceptable from a customer service standpoint.

I’ve been a customer for years, but this experience has made me reconsider future orders. I hope this feedback leads to better training and a stronger focus on customer...

We love Papa Johns and I hate to only give 3 stars but the last few times we've order pizza or especially the papadias, the ingredients are lacking. I know the advertising photos make the food look better and full and ours isn't going to look like the photos....but each time I've order the papadias, they are BARE!! Literally just crust and cheese and then sprinkled with the main ingredients. I have had to speak to the manager about this and he even stated that they weren't suppose to look so empty. He made me new ones. But I'm still having the same issues when purchasing. We use to go almost weekly for pizza night but have opted for other restaurants because we are wasting money.
