CVS — Local services in Montville

I don't usually leave reviews, but I was connected to the pharmacy at 730pm, and given nothing but attitude by the lady off rip, to the point I just hung up the phone. She gave me a hard time and said she doesn't have time to review prescriptions I had because they were closing at 8pm. I had no idea that was the case. Needless to say, I will be calling my doctor to remove any scripts sent their way, and will be calling this locations manager to speak about this ladies rudeness.

She got me feeling like a karen, but naw, I am not even like that. The pharmacy needs to hire people that know how to speak to people. I hade no idea this cvs was gonna a close at 8pm. Even if that's the case, this lady was probably a cashier, stressing about doing her job shortly before her quitting time. I didn't even expect to get a refill tonight. Not sure I can call it customer service when you are blatantly ignored by the employees! Yes, plural as in more than one employee. I happened to stop in this location with my boyfriend and as we were walking to the checkout line the man working just finished with a customer looked at us and walked away, while the female employee stocking the shelf looked through us as if we were not there. I am not one for self check out, I believe they take jobs away and lacks the person to person experience while shopping. In this case I was forced to because no one could bother to actually help us. I am sorry you don't like your job, remember you are always welcome to find one where you Do not need to interact with people if you dont like them, otherwise my guess is we are the wrong color to be helped, either way...

Have used CVS in Uncasville for almost 7yrs and have only had one negative experience with a pharmacy employee who thought they knew better than me on a medication I’ve been on for years. Happened once, otherwise I’ve had nothing but excellent service here. The shelves are always stocked, the store employees have always been accommodating. Had my passport photo done here and have all my scripts filled here. Sad thing is I’m getting ready to move a few towns over so I have to decide how convenient it will be to still come here.
