I’ve been to Gary’s multiple times seeing I live near by and it’s convenient to go there instead of my place of choice. Well one day I brought back 2 30packs of empty cans thinking it wouldn’t be be a big deal to return them seeing I do it at Grand Wine And Sprit’s in Waterford just to save a couple bucks on my next purchase. Well I did save a couple bucks but I was told this was the one and only time I can do this. Proceeds to say I look underage to be buying alcohol ect takes my ID thinks it’s fake then scans it just for the computer to show the same information on my ID. I used to buy all of my liquor needs from here, but I will not buy from them anymore. Over the years, I have probably bought 12 kegs from here for our house parties. I did not buy any over the pandemic years because of the gatherings restrictions. This year, I went back to trade in my 2 empty kegs and buy a couple of full ones. I was told that I would have to pay the keg deposit all over again because I didn’t have a receipt for the deposit I paid years ago. I said: “ but I have the kegs to trade in”. Called to ask if they had Buffalo Trace. The answer was yes, but they would only sell it to me if I bought another bottle of bourbon.??? No explanation, just that you could only purchase it along with another bottle. It cost $29.00 plus another bottle, other wise $47. But they wouldn’t allow me to even purchase it for $47 unless I bought another bourbon. I went to Best Discount across the Bridge and got it for $35. No issues.
