This location is bad! So focused on speed that the efficiency falls short every time I go. First time I moved to OK I got hot coffee dumped all over me and the inside of my vehicle cause the lid wasn't secured. Haven't been here in awhile mainly because of my first experience. My wife and kids decide this morning that they want Chic-Fil-A for breakfast. I go order, repeat my order, she repeats my order, and I pull up and pay. The lady steps away and a guy hands me my drinks. I asked for sweet tea he hands me my tea and says un-sweet, so I tell him I asked for sweet he said its sweet, he just "said un-sweet". Should've stuck a straw in it, but oh well, I get home and not only is my tea wrong but they didn't put my sandwich in the bag so now I have to fix myself breakfast. I called and asked for a manager, Kaitlin or something says shes the manager. I tell her I'm done with this location I don't want to drive back for a replacement just reimburse me for the sandwich I just wont come back anymore. She said they cant do that they can only refund the whole ticket? Which I know for a fact is a lie since I myself have run restaurants for many years. Why not just refund the whole ticket and try and save face? Why not come up with another solution? Point to this whole rant? They only "care" about the all mighty dollar, nothing else. They are not by any means genuine in the apologies, or their efforts, and they do not care about their customers. Find another spot for your breakfast...
Read moreGuys I had a $50 order with 30 nuggets and 4 sets of fries and 11 orders of sauce. Please explain how 0 made it in my order?
Kaitlyn offering a free desert to make up for the missing 11 sauces does not buy back the time my family would be missing from their meal so we can fix your mistake. It's fast food I'm sure your company understands the importance of speedy service but I am here today because ACCURACY is important too. If I have to spend 20min round trip to come get my sauces all my fast food is now cold. So no Kaitlyn I do not feel your $4 free desert makes up for trashing my $50 order so I can eat it cold.
I wanted to know that you guys were aware of your mistake and willing to make it right. This is not the first time you guys have forgotten sauce but it will be the last time you ruin my meal. Every order you guys botched was over $50 and I will be taking all my business elsewhere. I hear Popeyes does chicken too only reason I was here tonight was to appease the mrs. even she is done with you now.
So guys please don't contact me for the free appetizer like last time and the free dessert this time do not come close to the $100+ in orders you messed up. Guys you do have good chicken but its not that good and I need sauce to stomach it really and if you can't do that why would I even bother anymore?
sauce = 0.0X
Free dessert = X.XX

I guess you guys have it all figured out why would you give me my...
Read moreIt took about 45 minutes to get through the drive thru with 3 extremely hungry kids including a grouchy toddler. After about 5 minutes of barely even moving, we thought maybe doing an order online would speed things up. Once we finally reached the employee standing outside, we informed her that we had an online order which she confirmed they received. After 30 minutes of waiting in the line, we finally reached the front and received our food. I thanked the gentleman and received a kind "my pleasure." After waiting all that time, we checked our food to confirm we received everything that was ordered. Unfortunately, we did not receive the kids apple juice. I decided to brave the dangers of navigating through both lanes of the drive thru without the safety of a yellow vest that the employees get to wear. Thankfully the game of "Frogger" that I embarked on was made easy by the fact that it was taking forever and the cars were either moving slow or stuck in the drive thru with no exit. Upon surviving and reaching the other side, they were notified that our order was not complete; the response was merely, "I'll look into it." A few minutes later the lady who I spoke to delivered food to another vehicle behind me, came to our vehicle to ask what was missing and ended up completing the order. I thanked her and she kindly responded "no problem." The drive home with a hungry and crying toddler was...
