The Candy Castle Popcorn Palace & Ice Cream Parlor — Local services in Moore

I came in to look around with my toddler so he could find a candy. From the moment we stepped in, the lady was staring at us non stop not even blinking. Didn’t even really talk to us just stared the whole time and made me feel super uncomfortable. We ended up leaving because I couldn’t even look around the store without feeling ridiculously uncomfortable from her staring the way she was. I didn’t even bring in a purse or a bag of any sort not like I was going to steal. Definitely off putting. Also way over priced, almost $7 for a tiny container of cotton candy. I haven’t been here in years because the last time I was there, I had the same experience of being stared at very uncomfortably from the moment you step in the store. I decided to give it a second chance since I have a kid now who wanted some candy, but definitely will never be back because it was the same...

The girl working the day we were there acted like we walked in 5 minutes before closing...it was before noon. Things are pretty expensive. The ice cream is expensive. My daughter( who was 9 at the time) ordered coffee ice cream. Anyone should know to ask a kid if they're sure or give them a sample before you charge around $2 a scoop for something she hated. Once she said she didn't like it, and since we'd spent around $30, I think at least offering her a different flavor at a discount would have been nice. Perhaps that's a contributing factor to the lack of customers during our time there...no one else was there and no one...

Absolutely LOVED it. What a cute place. My oldest daughter got some great candy and my youngest picked out a cool dipped cone with udderly delicious chocolate. I ate some of it and it was Amazing. The young lady there was so informative on the Gelato and the specialty candy. There was also a cute Boutique attached. I'm so glad we stopped by. So much popcorn as well and lots if neat ideas for Christmas gifts and stalking fillers. Of course I grabbed a few. Prices surprised me, I paid way less than I expected to so that was a big bonus. Definitely...
