Southern Sass Boutique — Local services in Mooresville

My coworker and I walked in here on 7/21 on our lunch hour. After looking around, I purchased a shirt. Well after trying it on, it did not fit. So since I had my receipt, tags weren't removed, I decided to bring it back today 8/10. To my surprise, they refused to return it because there is a 7 day return policy. Nowhere on the receipt does it state you only have a week to return. She mentioned it stated this on their website, which I didn't even know they had. So now I am stuck with a shirt that doesn't fit and I'm short almost $24. The person behind the counter was not very friendly and said the owner had gotten really strict in returns, even if you have a receipt and tags. NEVER COMING BACK...

Perfect example of a Boutique! One stop shop ! Hubby & I stopped in this cute store downtown Mooresville was greeted with a smile as soon as the doors opened ! They even had a chair at the door for hubby incase he wasn't a shopper but he is 😝! Had so many cute t-shirts to chose from also plenty of sizes - we couldn't just buy 1 ! Love the selection of jeans/jean shorts to complete an entire fit for me & my daughter ! The cashier was so helpful & offered to help find other sizes for me while i tried on the items i had. That was so so helpful. We will definitely be back soon. Also Hubby found some beard supplies, t-shirts & a hat which we dont find in other boutiques at all! Great addition...

Been wanting to check this store out for a couple years but always have my kids with me. Got a chance to go today as my older kids were at camp so I had my mom and toddler with me. Toddler was over all well behaved for a 2year old but did need reminding to not touch. But never was she allowed to run around and I was on top of her. But both women working today were acting like they were so inconvenienced that people came in to the store. I tried to ask a couple questions and got forced one word answers. Definitely won't be back. Was told by a nearby business that it's not the first time they've heard that southern sass is unfriendly and rude....
