I usually don’t write reviews unless it’s a good one, but I was very disappointed with my experience. I just moved to town and was a looking for a nice place to eat and grab a drink. First off I felt the woman at the register didn’t have any sense of urgency, taking her time going to the back and slowing making her way back to the register while there was a line to the door. Then when it’s my turn to order I felt dismissed and talked to as if she was upset that I was there. I took my time going over the menu and decided I just wanted a latte, when I told the woman at the register she stared at me as if I just asked her to complete an impossible task and held up a piece of paper that was sitting behind the counter that read “NO espresso drinks”. which confused me because on their menu it said nothing about not being able to make espresso drinks, and they had a machine and plenty of beans behind the counter. Now I don’t have a problem with the fact they couldn’t make my drink as there could be a ton of different reasons why they wouldn’t be able to serve those, however I was taken a back by the rude and disrespectful way I was treated. how was I suppose to know they couldn’t serve something? A friendly “sorry we can’t make espresso drinks right now” would have done its job. I would like to go back as the decor was lovely and the food seemed delicious and fresh but after being treated like that by the first person your spoken to by, the person who’s suppose to welcome you in and inform you kindly about the menu and what they offer I really...

One of the greatest restaurants I've ever been to. Both the exterior and interior are perfect, it has a Harry Potter vibe, highlights are the wall of mirrors and the outside patio. The food lives up to the atmosphere as well. I had the basil tomato soup and Cuban sandwich, both of which were amazing and were served at the perfect temperature. The food is made fresh when you order, and they still made our food even though we arrived only 14 minutes before closing. Overall, the service, food and atmosphere were all great, and this restaurant deserves 6 stars. I also like the way the floors wobble, it's an old building.

UPDATE: On my second time, I ordered the BLT, which was somehow even better than the Cuban. As my drink I ordered chocolate milk, which was easily the best chocolate milk I've ever had, and I've had dozens of different chocolate milks. The drink tasted like a chocolate bar. Finally, I ordered the tomato basil bisque, which didn't...

This place is great for lunch. Several sandwiches, salads, and soups on the menu. The interior is cozy and quaint but there is additional seating on the outdoor patio when the weather cooperates. Yes, you will pay a premium here but the cost of everything is going up and in my opinion, the food and service is worth it. You order at the checkout, receive a number, and then the staff bring you your order when it's prepared. We will definitely dine here again so I can work my way through the list of sandwiches. I had the chicken salad on a gluten free bun and the chicken salad was amazing and falling off the bun. The gluten free bun was fantastic, not the usual stale, cardboard gluten free option available at most...

One of my favorite lunch places today. Family owned and operated, with incredible food. Even on busy days like today their service is superb and their food exceeds my expectations. There’s a conference in town, so they had more orders than usual but the food came out as good as ever (if not better). Not something you can normally say when a place is busy! I had the the Chicken Caesar Pita and the garlic dill pasta salad with a coffee and a pecan toffee cookie. I can’t wait for it to be lunch time again

Love this little cafe for lunch. Had the brown sugar cinnamon latte with oat milk (pictured) which was delicious. The chickpea vegan "chicken" salad was SO GOOD! Atmosphere is cozy with big windows for people watching. They have a nice outdoor area, too, but it was a bit too chilly today to sit outside. Service is friendly and prompt. Only negative - the tomato basil soup was too thick - good flavor but very dense so not for me. Everything else was excellent. Would definitely go again.
