Batteries Plus — Local services in Morehead City

Ordered a key in the store for a 4 runner. After waiting several weeks called and was told key ready. Went into store with vehicle and key and they discovered key was "not made right." Had to reorder. Waited several more weeks. Never heard anything so called and was told key "was sent to wrong place and we never received. Will get another ordered." Waited few more weeks went into store to check and after some looking around employee found they key and said "This must be it." Unfortunately, I did not have vehicle with me that day. Had to return today with vehicle was told by individual working could not program key today because he was only one there. Never told specific days needed to come. Actually was told could program "anytime." No other customers in store at the time. We would need to return AGAIN. Asked for refund. What I find even more troubling is not one time has there been a "sorry for inconvenience" customer service statement and never received any of the promised phone calls when...

Well, as things happen, been struggling on decision to repair an old S7edge. After the S22 Ultra dlr delayed till 1apr, decided to bite bullet. Referred to the MoreheadCity store. Went online, verified part availabe and set appt - excited it WAS a very smooth process. Show up, told screen NOT in stock. BUMMED!!! The online process SO slick I was expecting the repair to go like clockwork, rats! Chris, the Mgr, said she called - hey, but my phone screen is broken! Suggestion for them nxt time, call AND text! Chris QUICKLY asked a few questions and determined when S7e screen could arrive and we settled on an acceptable time for repair. Store seemed very organized and well kept. I decided at this point, since Chris offered acceptable options and good store reviews I will spend TOO MUCH on an old phone repair just to carry me over. Here's to knocking on wood the repair will turn out as positive as how Chris managed a BUMMED out customer! ...

I will start this review with saying everything about this franchise in MHC is nothing short of amazing and awesome. I’m writing this review because I had the screen replaced on my IPhone 13 Pro Max back in June. The replacement screen is thicker so a otterbox defender case does not fit. I took the phone to another Batteries plus before the warranty ran out and they said we can’t help you “but that is the correct screen, for further help you need to go back to the original Batteries Plus and see if they can do anything! In closing they sell batteries so in the future I will let an authorized Apple dealer help me with my problem. Of course the warranty has expired after 6 months so I am SOL. I will...
