Had an appointment set for me & my 2 daughters for haircuts. My youngest was 1st & was getting a simple bob haircut that she has gotten in other hair salons over the last 3 years. Being new to the area, I chose the salon from Google reviews & Caylie based off her website description, which says she was good with short hair & children. She butchered her hair. The worse hair cut Ive ever seen. We did not stay to have the other 2 haircuts. When checking out, I was charged double what was originally quoted over the phone. Needless to say I left very upset. But I did bring her back in the same day & respectfully complained. Thankfully, the owner was there & was able to fix it. But when I told her we needed to reschedule the appointment for my other daughter & myself, she said nothing was available til June. I showed the girl where to cut my hair.. couple of centimeters, just a trim. Showed her twice. First lop was probably 5 inches. Went from below my breast to above my shoulders. But at this point, what can you do? Go out with a chunk missing. Just breathe, it's all good, it will grow back. Second mistake letting her color my hair when she had to ask another stylist how to exactly balayage and darker roots. Thanks to my social anxiety, I paid and left wanting to cry. Didn't because I had to wipe the brown color off my face, forehead, cheek, neck, ears covered. Definitely looking for a new salon to fix this issue. Just do yourself a favor. Remember the 6 or 7 pictures they post are their best work. They won't post the work done to people like me. Lesson learned, good reviews...

Asked for all over color twice, was given a not so flattering root touch up. You can still see the grey in my roots in spots. Haircut isn't even or blended. Paid $90 to leave with hair soaking wet. Stylist just walked off, left me sitting there to work on another client's head. Just over all rude atmosphere. I went in for a change and a pick me up and left feeling rushed over. The stylist also tried to sell me hair extensions she ordered for herself she didn't want anymore. Also tried to sell me about $60 worth of hair products. Then when checking out you are required to tip. Will not ever go back. I don't want anyone offering to fix it, because I'm scared they will mess it up even more. Not a pleasant...
