We frequent their Ayden location. You know, the Jersey cow farm. So we are familiar with their ice cream and the difference between Jersey cows and other cows. The farm itself is a major draw and part of the experience.

This location has a nice interior, maybe four tables for seating, albeit smaller than the Ayden location. Again, not the farm.

We all love their Cowie-O flavor, and this was not available on the date above. Boo! I went with their peanut butter brownie as a shake. It was good but not wowing. I also found this expensive at almost $7 per pop.

There are plenty of ice cream options on the Crystal Coast, and this is a good one. Would it warrant a trip if you were on the island (Atlantic Beach or Emerald Isle)? Maybe. Maybe not.

We found our service quick and friendly. No issues.

I was happy to just find this new ice cream parlor in town. Such a wonderful atmosphere and so convenient. Unfortunately, I was misled by the name “simple” and “natural” and thought their ice cream would be simple and natural as well. I am allergic to certain things and after reading the ingredients found it was chock-full of fillers, dyes, and unnecessary ingredients. They did offer a soft serve option which had less of the evil and I really enjoyed it. I only went there three times and then today when I stopped by and asked for the only thing that I could enjoy, the soft serve, they said they no longer offered it. This was highly disappointing and so is their name, as it does not fit their ice cream, which is not simple...

If you’re not someone who checks your credit card statement after a visit, you should be after visiting this place. Or pay in cash.

I came in the night of 1/25 for the first time, excited to try after it was recommended to me, and I received an email receipt after that was $3 more than I paid when i inserted my card. The culprit: a $3 tip that i did not authorize. If you were one of the two girls working that night, please do better. This is theft.

I tried reaching out from the email before posting this review and never received a reply but feel people should be aware. The ice cream was delicious but this has left a bad taste...
