Since reviews can't be left on your Facebook page (I now understand why), I'm emailing mine in! Family called ahead for the back room, as we had a gathering of approximately 15 people, to celebrate 4 birthdays together! After a fair amount of waiting time, we were seated at 6:45pm. We had 1 waitress... she took our drink orders and we all waited patiently for her return. 20mins later, our drinks arrived. She left without taking our food order. It was another 35-45mins before her return! Drinks were empty, no rolls had been served, absolutely nothing! Now, I try to be aware that I'm sure we weren't the only table to be waited on by her... but for our large amount of a group, one would have thought she would have had help with another waiter/waitress! Finally after her return, appetizers and main courses were ordered. Our waitress told us at that time, rolls would be served soon, as she refilled some of our drinks. She left only to return 20mins later to update us to say it would be a bit longer for the rolls, as she missed the ones that had come out of the oven. So again, drinks are disappearing, no rolls, no appetizers, nothing! Some of us were actually refilling our own drinks, from the pitchers that were left on the far table near the back room door! We literally did not receive our meals until 9pm! Highly, highly disappointed in the lack of service we received. We were celebrating 4 birthdays and one family member had actually left because it took SO long to receive anything to eat! I honestly feel we were forgotten about. I realize it was busy this particular evening, but we were honestly the last customers to leave the restaurant because our food had arrived so late! Each of us had a to-go-box, because we had pretty much all filled up on water, tea, and Pepsi! I honestly had much higher expectations for Sagebrush, but after our disastrous experience, another establishment will fulfill our gatherings from now on.

Read moreI like to consider myself a regular here. I come most of the time with daughter but I come with my family often as well. Today, it was just my daughter and I. We get great service everytime. I'm known for being a 30-50% tipper because I'm in the industry myself. The food is always awesome! Today my daughter and I were waited on by a newer server (I suppose because I haven't seen her in the past). And the service was not up to par from past experiences here. There seemed to be a disappointed look when all we ordered was a trio app and a salad... It's lunch time and it's me and a 9 year old. I did order modified items. The first was a Caesar salad without croutons. It arrived with croutons however, it was not delivered by our server so she didn't get to check it before leaving the kitchen. Second order was the sauce on the side for the tenders. (My daughter doesn't like sauce and we were sharing). She delivered this meal (sauce on the tenders). Also, I received our entire food order before receiving my wine. (Salad came out first). After the wine was delivered (she did ask how everything was), we did not see our waitress again until we were ready for the check. Maybe because our bill was only $33 she didn't feel the need to put in effort. I'm not trying to be ugly, I want this to be a learning opportunity. I will continue to be a loyal customer because everyone has bad days. However, I will personally request the veteran servers...
Read moreI was not happy about the practice of our waitress, Isabella, involuntarily upgrading our food orders. I ordered the BBQ ribs for $13.99 on the menu. I saw you could order 1/2 pound or 1 pound for a higher price but I did not ask for a larger portion, nor was I asked if i would like a larger portion. It seemed like a large potion when I got my order but it was only when I got the bill that I saw I was given the 1 pound portion, for $17.99. I also asked for a small salad to be added to a meal. I saw on the menu where you could do that for $2. Instead she ordered a large house salad for $5.99. I was with a large group of people so a 20% gratuity was added to the check which could have been her motivation. Little did she know that I am an ex waitress and normally am a generous tipper and would have added $5-10 more, but I felt jaded by the up sizing so I left it at the $9.19 automatic gratuity. There was also a 3% charge for using a credit card to pay which I was not aware of. Isabella did not offer this information. There were 11 people in our group and it took over an hour to get our food which I felt was a little long. Sagebrush would certainly not be my first or even second choice of places to go or...
