Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Morehead City

Absolute Never Return. My wife, kids and mother in law stopped in on June 18th for a mid afternoon lunch. Upon our arrival we noticed there were only 2 cars parked in the side of the building. Our entry to the dining area was unnoticed. There was only on person eating in the far corner. My wife had to go and find an employee to verify if we should just sit down or wait to be seated. As we made our way to a table, I realized many of the lights were off and there were no salad bar nor any food on the buffet table. Finally a waitress came and asked if we knew what we wanted. I replied, I'm not sure if we will eat here since there is no salad bar open and I was calling the Havelock location to verify if they had food. The waitress immediately became rude and told me they do not do salad bar on Sundays and only do the buffet on different says of the week.

We decided to over look her snappy attitude and asked what specials were available. After barking the only special which was a pepperoni, we asked could they leave pepperoni off on a quarter of the pizza due to my son not liking the pepperoni. She extremely and rudly said. They would not do that. I Asked If the pizza was pre-made or the did they make them. She said they make them ... I asked again since them Make them and put pepperoni what is the harm of me requesting not to put pepperoni on part of the pizza I am asking them to make. Again and this time with a bit more attitude, she told me they they wont do that....

My wife asked me what did i want to order. i replied to her that I was not even sure i wanted to order anything .. after no salad bar. No polite service. And now cant even leave ingredients off to please my son, so he can enjoy his meal. I realize I could have ordered another pizza just for him, or we could pick off the food he doesnt like but he only eats one slice, and we shouldn't have to..

After my wife asked me, the waitress the Decided it was appropriate to say to my wife as she walked away from our table "it's okay, i know alot just like him".... while shaking her head. Never even took our drink order. i suppose we were too much of an inconvenience to them. I realized thier uncourteous behavior and poorly trained staffed is reason why the patronage was bare. . That's when I took my family and we left that establishment.

We Went to NoName Pizza and spent $80. And the service was excellent there and food was by...

Update: decided to do dinner here again was rushed to order and the girl that was working was extremely rude and hostile yanking the phone when it rang then slamming it back down My kids love their pizza an I like their prices but the chaotic & hostile environment plus the extremely rude service cancels the 2 positives out this has now been my 2nd negative experience out of my 3 recent visits they need to hire better staff/manangers that actually work well with the public I understand people have bad days but both these experiences are beyond that would not recommend especially if you have small children as I don’t see the waitress/waiter be able to handle small children if they’re rude to adults completely unprovoked

Came here Monday evening for dinner for my kids an I not only were they rude and made me rush to order they told me 15mins an I've been sitting here for almost 40mins in my car with my kids the guy that waited on us at the drive through should not be working with the public! Disgusting and dirty, have to give 1 star otherwise they'd get 0 I saw our waitress in the restroom with her apron full of the straws she gives people to use on the floor IN the stall at her feet. The buffet was empty most of the time, and everyone was waiting for them to put any kind of food out. We were on vacation and had ordered take earlier in the week and found out they had the buffet so made plans to hit it up before we left. In hindsight, with the takeout, I was feeling ill the next day but thought it was from all the traveling, now I think I got mild food poisoning from this nasty place. I made my fiancee immediately stop eating the buffet pasta he waited for for 20 mins to get. The manager wouldn't even come over to discuss my concerns about the restroom issue so I just left and shouted for everyone to be careful not to get sick since the employees use the restroom and throw on the floor their aprons with the straws they give you drink out of in it.
